Over the last 14 years, she has walked on diverse paths of self-exploration and healing. Today, her work is rooted in the wisdom of Human Design, Gene Keys, Tarot, AcuPresence, and the transformative energy of compassion. These modalities allowed her to dive deeper into her essence, reconnecting with the parts of herself she was once taught to neglect. They guided her to become aware and awaken her womb’s life force and, most importantly, to trust its power when making decisions. She has come to realize that the path to a fulfilling life is found by returning to our body’s natural intelligence. The mind is not equipped for guiding us towards our uniqueness. After being misled by traditional education and modern conditioning, it is time to reclaim who we truly are. It is her greatest joy to empower others to know themselves, embody their True Self, and live an authentic life—one filled with aliveness, alignment, and synchronicities. We deserve to own our unique, divine gifts and to live a radiant life! This is the third interview in the Podcast series "Tales from the Womb" following the online Women's Festival organized in Mach 2026: https://www.palomablanca.ro/facilitation/tales-from-the-womb-1st-online-women-festival-march-6-8-2026/.If you are curious to join the next year edition of the festival ask to be accepted in the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/946830791552060.

Get full access to Irini Hara at irinihara.substack.com/subscribe

Irini Hara

<itunes:author>Irini Hara</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>2779</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/8915227/post/196531720/e857843340bc0ee3205a32986da2bf63.jpg"/>

The Womb as manifesting Container of Power and Wisdom

Scarlett Hara is a keeper of ancient traditions and a contemporary teacher whose work explores the connection between the body, the nervous system, emotional patterns, and human relationships. For decades, she has worked with people in diverse settings, from individual sessions to seminars, workshops, and large retreats, creating spaces that are both deeply grounded and alive. At the heart of her work lies the understanding that the body holds memory on emotional, energetic, and relational levels. Through embodied practice, focused attention, sound, and rhythm, Scarlett supports people, especially women, in releasing deeply stored patterns and restoring inner coherence and stability. Her teaching weaves together perspectives on women’s health, nervous system regulation, emotional development, and ancient wisdom, showing how traditional knowledge and modern insight can work together to support lasting change.A central aspect of her work is the exploration of relationships and attachment, and how subtle emotional dynamics shape our connection to ourselves and others. Rather than offering abstract concepts, Scarlett invites participants into direct, embodied understanding through lived experience. Her work is known for its clarity, depth, and calm authority, rooted in embodied practice and a grounded, feminine presence. This interview is the first one in the Podcast series *"Tales from the Womb"* following the 1st online Women's Festival organized in Mach 2026: https://www.palomablanca.ro/facilitation/tales-from-the-womb-1st-online-women-festival-march-6-8-2026/.If you are curious to join the next year edition of the festival ask to be accepted in the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/946830791552060.

Get full access to Irini Hara at irinihara.substack.com/subscribe

Irini Hara

<itunes:author>Irini Hara</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>2423</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/8915227/post/196442811/e857843340bc0ee3205a32986da2bf63.jpg"/>

Awakening the feminine wisdom and leadership

Sofia Cerne is a spiritual teacher, ritualist and founder of Sofia’s Academy — a sacred space devoted to feminine wisdom, embodied leadership and soul remembrance. Her work is rooted in the belief that true leadership is not learned through strategy alone, but awakened through the body, the womb and the feminine spiritual lineages carried within women.

Drawing on decades of experience in embodiment practices, tantra, archetypal work and ceremonial spaces, Sofia guides women back to their inner authority through ritual, myth and lived spiritual practice. At the heart of her teaching is the reclamation of the Inner Leader and the Inner Dominatrix — understood as sacred archetypes of feminine sovereignty, boundary and inner command.

Sofia’s work weaves the mystical and the practical, honoring the feminine as cyclical, intuitive and deeply wise, while restoring the inner structures needed to hold power without self-betrayal. Through Sofia’s Academy, she initiates women into a path of embodied leadership where spirituality is not an escape from life, but a way of fully inhabiting it. During 2026 she will publish the book SHE WHO LEADS.

Her mission is to support women in remembering who they are — rooted in the body, guided by spirit, and anchored in inner authority.

This is the second interview in the Podcast series *”Tales from the Womb”* following the online Women’s Festival organized in Mach 2026: https://www.palomablanca.ro/facilitation/tales-from-the-womb-1st-online-women-festival-march-6-8-2026/.

If you are curious to join the next year edition of the festival ask to be accepted in the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/946830791552060.

Get full access to Irini Hara at irinihara.substack.com/subscribe

Irini Hara

<itunes:author>Irini Hara</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>2372</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/8915227/post/196455309/e857843340bc0ee3205a32986da2bf63.jpg"/>
