Today, her work is rooted in the wisdom of Human Design, Gene Keys, Tarot, AcuPresence, and the transformative energy of compassion. These modalities allowed her to dive deeper into her essence, reconnecting with the parts of herself she was once taught to neglect. They guided her to become aware and awaken her womb’s life force and, most importantly, to trust its power when making decisions. She has come to realize that the path to a fulfilling life is found by returning to our body’s natural intelligence. The mind is not equipped for guiding us towards our uniqueness. After being misled by traditional education and modern conditioning, it is time to reclaim who we truly are. Her work is rooted in the belief that true leadership is not learned through strategy alone, but awakened through the body, the womb and the feminine spiritual lineages carried within women.

Drawing on decades of experience in embodiment practices, tantra, archetypal work and ceremonial spaces, Sofia guides women back to their inner authority through ritual, myth and lived spiritual practice. At the heart of her teaching is the reclamation of the Inner Leader and the Inner Dominatrix — understood as sacred archetypes of feminine sovereignty, boundary and inner command.

Sofia’s work weaves the mystical and the practical, honoring the feminine as cyclical, intuitive and deeply wise, while restoring the inner structures needed to hold power without self-betrayal. Through Sofia’s Academy, she initiates women into a path of embodied leadership where spirituality is not an escape from life, but a way of fully inhabiting it. During 2026 she will publish the book SHE WHO LEADS.

Her mission is to support women in remembering who they are — rooted in the body, guided by spirit, and anchored in inner authority.

This is the second interview in the Podcast series *”Tales from the Womb”* following the online Women’s Festival organized in Mach 2026: https://www.palomablanca.ro/facilitation/tales-from-the-womb-1st-online-women-festival-march-6-8-2026/.

If you are curious to join the next year edition of the festival ask to be accepted in the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/946830791552060.

This is a public episode.
