After 20 years of living with fibromyalgia and navigating the world as a neurodivergent individual, I’ve realised that while there may not be a "cure," there is absolutely a way to live better.

What to expect from this handbook:

Real Talk, No False Hope: We aren’t looking for miracles; we’re looking for management. We’re sharing the little life hacks that make a big difference.

The Neurodivergent Layer: Exploring the link between neurodivergence and chronic illness, and the "extra fun" that adds to the experience.

A Growing Toolkit: From neurological regulation to community hacks, we are building a practical guide for both the newly diagnosed and those of us who have been in the shadows for decades.

It’s not super polished, and it’s not meant to be. It’s an honest conversation from someone who has been where you are. As we go, the editing will hopefully improve, the handbook will grow, and we’ll figure this out together.

I Want to Hear From You:

I have many ideas for future episodes, but this is our handbook. If there is a topic you want to dive into or a hack you want to share, please leave a comment or get in touch.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to my ramblings. I hope you’ll stay for the journey. 💗

This is a public episode.
