This is the official launch of R.E.S.P.E.C.T: Women Rising Together, my weekly video/audio podcast where we get honest, unfiltered, unedited, and real about the things women carry — the things we’ve been taught to hide, swallow, or survive.

As I mentioned every episode is recorded right from my living room, with my dog two feet away, my air unit humming, and zero editing. It’s just me, my life, my truth, and the stories we’re finally ready to tell.

This space is for every woman who has ever felt alone, unseen, unheard, or silenced.It’s for the women who are healing, hurting, rising, rebuilding, or just trying to make it through the day.
