Rather than another mindset tool, centering is a physical practice that teaches your body how to return to presence and confidence in moments of stress.

You’ll learn the four dimensions of centering and how each one helps you act from your deepest values instead of your automatic patterns.

If you’re an Enneagram Nine (or anyone who tends to shrink, merge with others, or lose yourself under pressure), this episode offers a way to reconnect with yourself in everyday moments. I’ll also guide you through a simple centering exercise you can practice while walking, working, or moving through your day so that, over time, your body naturally returns to your most grounded, connected self.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

* Why centering is a practice and a place.

* The four dimensions of centering and what each one does for you

* How to build embodied confidence by taking up space

* Why “having your own back” is more than just a mindset

* A simple daily practice to help you stay present, connected, and intentional under pressure

The more often you practice returning to center, the more naturally you’ll respond to life’s challenges with calm intention.

I learned this practice from The Strozzi Institute about 6 years ago. I practice it when I’m brushing my teeth, when I’m driving, when I’m walking and when I’m with other people. And in moments of pressure, I quickly return to Center and it upgrades the experience every time.

I recommend listening to this when you’re upright…walking, driving or doing other things. I’m going to guide you through the process. Be sure to do it with your eyes open…because in normal life, we have our eyes open and we need to practice it the way it’s going to be when life is actually happening.

Please share your experience with Centering in the comments! I’d love to hear your takeaways.

This is a public episode. One of the most impactful lessons was witnessing what happens when people are given the space to share openly and be deeply seen…without advice, fixing, or interruption.

Throughout the week, I noticed several old narratives showing up in my own mind. Listen in to hear what they were and how my awareness and intentionality created my experience.

In this episode, you’ll learn:• Why group therapy can be so powerful• The difference between being witnessed and being fixed• Three narratives I noticed showing up during my immersion experience• A simple question that can help challenge self-defeating thoughts• How I’m managing overwhelm during finals week

What narratives have you been noticing lately? They’re interpretations we learned early in life to feel safe and connected.

I’m sharing:• How unconscious narratives shape your relationships, confidence, and energy• Why emotional triggers are an opportunity to find a deeper story underneath• Questions that can help you uncover the beliefs quietly running your life• The powerful shift that happens when your awareness creates choice

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from yourself or afraid to fully take up space, this episode will help you begin coming back home to who you really are.

To get the HOW…in other words, what you can do once you’ve discovered one of your painful narratives, to start changing from the inside out…upgrade to the paid tier!

This is a public episode.
