in my reminiscing ramble i left out the fact that i didn’t even know to be interested in the arts of shamanism or qigong when i was 18! truly, i needed all the meandering life experiences in order to mature mentally/ emotionally/ spiritually and to cultivate the foundation of wisdom necessary to engage with the Work i love now.

& i am always ADHD, but the last 5 mins particularly are an ADHD storm. you’ve been warned, friends! hehe

i actually think that whole sickness was an aftershock of the things i’d released during my trip — there was so much purging and it was pure water which, as we’ve discussed, collects our patterns. farewell to them, with Love.

as i mention at the top, this Key is very special to me. the 59th is the home of my Moon, and also happens to be where my partner’s unconscious Sun rests. this is energy that i navigate within my-self and at least one other person intimately (ba-dum-tss) every single day. i suppose this is how i was able to talk about it for nearly 2 hours straight!

welcome to the second episode in my Lunar Reflections series; it seems to be a very natural flow for me and i’m excited to have another reflection to share with you already!

in this episode, we deep dive into the last 6 weeks of my journey through shadow work. we start at the beginning of Mountain Season when i began to get closer to a lost aspect of my inner child, and end with some emotional clarity bestowed by the Aquarius Full Moon.

sharing this episode demands a lot of vulnerability from me. as i mention, only one person in my life knows these truths about my experience. i didn’t realize until recording earlier today that Shame is what kept these truths a secret — kept the part of me that experienced these things a secret.

that part of me deserves to be free.

thank you to all the people who came before me, brave enough to share their pain so that they could also share how they came to peace with it.

i’ve learned that Humans connect most deeply when we see the scary, uncomfortable, confusing and upsetting parts of ourselves — the Beast in us — reflected in others. we open up more to each other when we sense that we are not alone in our animalness or in our suffering.

and so i follow in the footsteps of those who came before me, with as much Graciousness as possible. i hope that by sharing my experiences and how i’ve lived with them, i am helping people (myself included!) allow more love and openness in their Life.

a very helpful epiphany that i forgot about until today.

all the energy we waste, trying to change each other’s minds to create the illusion of safety… it’s okay to just let people have their thoughts and stand happily with your own!

as i was editing this, i realized that the new moon / full moon structures thing basically meant this:
you can’t pour water from one cup to another if you only have one cup.

(i can’t shift my energy successfully out of the old paradigm without first creating a new paradigm to place it in.)
