This is why you can walk into a room and immediately sense tension or excitement without a word being spoken.

Emotions are the language of energy. When your internal state is coherent- aligned beliefs, regulated nervous system, clear intention- you emit a signal that the universe responds to. When your internal state is incoherent, effort increases and results decrease.

The universe is abundant, but it requires direction. Clarity is not about micromanaging outcomes, it is about defining the emotional experience you want to live in.

When you repeatedly access the emotional state of what you want: peace, freedom, confidence, joy- you make those states familiar. Familiarity creates safety. Safety allows expansion. Expansion creates opportunity.

Aligned action flows naturally from a regulated, energized body. Each episode builds on the last, so if you’re new to the series, I recommend starting from the beginning and moving through at your own pace.

---

Your nervous system sets the ceiling for how much success, money, love, and responsibility you can hold.

Trauma is not just something that happened, it is what happened inside your body as a result of what happened. When stress or overwhelm is experienced without resolution, the body learns that the world is unsafe and stays on alert.

The autonomic nervous system has two primary states: sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and regulation). When the nervous system is chronically activated, the body prioritizes survival over growth. The prefrontal cortex shuts down, creativity disappears, and the body runs on patterns.

This is why pushing harder often backfires. Force may produce short-term results, but the body will eventually correct back to safety through exhaustion, illness, burnout, or self-sabotage.

Manifestation, habit change, and belief work cannot land in a dysregulated body. The nervous system must feel safe to expand. Think of beliefs as the airplane and the nervous system as the runway. Without a runway, the plane can circle endlessly but never land.

Regulation is not about doing less. It’s about creating internal conditions where more is possible. Safety must become familiar before expansion can stick.

How This Shows Up in Real Life

Business: Cycles of hustle and collapse

Money: Inconsistent income despite capability

Health: Getting sick after periods of discipline

Relationships: Emotional shutdown or reactivity

Practices

Sunlight exposure

Nature walks

Silence

Work with me
If you’re ready to stop overthinking your growth and start living it, I offer spaces designed for real, lasting change through identity work and nervous system safety.

→ 1:1 Embodied Coaching
Private, personalized support to shift patterns at the root and build a life that actually feels aligned.

→ Speaking & Podcast Features
I work with companies, communities, and podcasts on topics around embodiment, nervous system regulation, and high-performance without burnout.

Reach out to explore working together.

embodiedbysabrinarose@gmail.com

If this episode resonated, share it with someone who needs it.
And if you’re here… you’re already on the path.

Get full access to Sabrina's Substack at hellosabrinarose.substack.com/subscribe

Sabrina Rose

<itunes:author>Sabrina Rose</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>418</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/7733071/post/197266831/ef86bee391d439bfb98f241f55e87b36.jpg"/>

What Happens In Silence

There’s a version of you that only shows up when everything gets quiet.

In this episode, I’m sharing what started to change in my life when I stopped filling every moment and allowed myself to sit in stillness. While it was designed as a paid program, I chose to share it here to make this work more accessible. Because of that, the format may feel more foundational and progressive than a typical podcast episode. Each episode builds on the last, so if you’re new to the series, I recommend starting from the beginning and moving through at your own pace.

---

Most of your life is being run by beliefs you did not consciously choose.

Beliefs are not just thoughts you think. They are neurological patterns your brain uses to predict the world and keep you safe. Once a belief is formed, your brain looks for evidence to confirm it, filters out evidence that contradicts it, and then runs behavior automatically. This is efficient for survival, but dangerous for growth.

Beliefs create thoughts. Thoughts generate emotions. Emotions drive behavior. Behavior produces results. When you try to change behavior without changing the belief underneath it, you feel like you are constantly fighting yourself.

These beliefs were formed through repetition and emotion, often early in life, often unconsciously. Over time, neurons that fired together wired together, creating strong neural pathways. Your brain prefers these well-paved highways because they require less energy. New beliefs, by contrast, feel uncomfortable, uncertain, and inefficient.

This is where neuroplasticity comes in. The brain can change, but only through repetition, emotional engagement, and conscious attention. When you begin practicing a new belief, you are essentially walking a bumpy dirt road. The brain will resist and try to pull you back to the old highway. Not because the old belief is true, but because it is familiar.

Messy action is part of the process. Discomfort does not mean you are doing it wrong, it means new circuitry is forming. Over time, as the old pathway is used less and the new one is reinforced, the brain updates what it considers “normal.”

We also break down the roles of the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex. When the amygdala perceives threat, the prefrontal cortex- the part responsible for logic, planning, and choice- goes offline. This is why insight alone doesn’t create change.

Real-Life Examples

Money: You intellectually want abundance, but subconsciously associate money with stress, loss, or conflict, so you avoid growth

Love: Healthy relationships feel boring because your nervous system associates intensity with connection

Health: You start routines but can’t sustain them because your identity hasn’t shifted

Success: Visibility triggers fear, procrastination, or perfectionism

<itunes:author>Sabrina Rose</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>590</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/7733071/post/197266833/ef86bee391d439bfb98f241f55e87b36.jpg"/>

The Embodied Method: The Framework (1/5)

This is Episode 1/6 of a series originally created as a structured course called The Embodied Method. While it was designed as a paid program, I chose to share it here to make this work more accessible. Because of that, the format may feel more foundational and progressive than a typical podcast episode. Each episode builds on the last, so if you’re new to the series, I recommend starting from the beginning and moving through at your own pace.

---

When people want change- more money, better health, deeper love, bigger success...they usually start with strategy or mindset. There's a reason that neither of those alone create long term results.

The Embodied Method teaches that lasting change only happens when your identity updates across Mind, Body, and Soul. Identity is the operating system running your life. If your nervous system, beliefs, and self-concept aren’t calibrated to the outcome you want, your body will quietly pull you back to what feels familiar, even if familiar hurts.

Your mind and body are human. Their primary job is safety, not happiness, not success, not abundance. Safety is defined by what is known, not what is good. Start Preparing.

What if the reason nothing feels like it’s moving isn’t because you’re behind…
but because you’re confusing waiting with preparing?

In this episode of Embodied with Sabrina Rose, we explore the subtle but powerful energetic difference between passively waiting for life to change and actively preparing for the version of you who can hold what you’re asking for.

This conversation isn’t about doing more, forcing timelines, or white-knuckling manifestation. It’s about identity. It’s about the nervous system. It’s about the beliefs and patterns quietly shaping your reality long before results show up on the outside.

I break down what it actually looks like to live this work through the lens of the Embodied Method—integrating mind, body, and soul so growth isn’t just something you understand, but something you live. We’ll talk about real-world examples of how preparation shows up in relationships, money, business, and self-trust, and why impatience is often a signal that embodiment hasn’t caught up to desire yet.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “all the right things” but still feel stuck, restless, or disconnected from momentum, this episode is an invitation to pause, recalibrate, and step into a deeper level of alignment with who you’re becoming.

Work With Me

If this episode resonates and you’re ready to move beyond insight into lived transformation, there are several ways to work with me:

1:1 Embodied Coaching — for deep identity-level shifts, nervous system regulation, and aligned expansion

Podcast Guesting & Speaking — conversations on embodiment, identity, healing, and conscious creation

Private Mentorship & Intensives — for those navigating major personal or professional transitions

Instagram: @hellosabrinarose
Email: embodiedbysabrinarose@gmail.com

You are safe.
Go create.

Get full access to Sabrina's Substack at hellosabrinarose.substack.com/subscribe

Sabrina Rose

<itunes:author>Sabrina Rose</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>451</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/7733071/post/197266836/ef86bee391d439bfb98f241f55e87b36.jpg"/>

The Paradox of Collective Peace

We say we want world peace. We post about it, debate it, and demand it from systems, leaders, and institutions. But peace is not an idea or a slogan…it is a state that must be embodied.

In this video, I explore why the collective continues to ask for peace while operating from fear, reactivity, distraction, and unhealed patterns. A nervous system in survival cannot sustain peace. A mind addicted to certainty cannot hold it. A body that is exhausted and dysregulated cannot anchor it.

This is not a conversation about blame or shame. It’s about responsibility. The kind that begins at the individual level- through regulation, self-awareness, and the willingness to face discomfort instead of outsourcing it.

Peace doesn’t arrive through force or performance. It emerges when enough individuals are capable of holding it.

If this resonates, sit with it. Notice where it challenges you. That’s often where the real work begins.

Get full access to Sabrina's Substack at hellosabrinarose.substack.com/subscribe

Sabrina Rose

<itunes:author>Sabrina Rose</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>240</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/7733071/post/189120716/5484a7a3947f8b369a7592aea9d0a90b.jpg"/>

It Was Never About Being “Better”

For anyone navigating projection, comparison, or the discomfort that arises when someone no longer abandons themselves.

This is a gentle invitation to look inward.

For podcast guest appearances, speaking engagements, collaborations, or media inquiries, reach out below.

Instagram: @hellosabrinarose
Email: embodiedbysabrinarose@gmail.com

You are safe.
Go create.

Get full access to Sabrina's Substack at hellosabrinarose.substack.com/subscribe

Sabrina Rose

<itunes:author>Sabrina Rose</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>252</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/7733071/post/197266837/ef86bee391d439bfb98f241f55e87b36.jpg"/>

The Embodied Method: Why Change Doesn’t Stick (and How to Actually Change Your Life)

Welcome to Embodied with Sabrina Rose.

In this episode, we explore why change so often feels hard, even when you know what to do, have the strategy, and genuinely want a different life.

The truth?
Change doesn’t fail because you lack discipline or motivation.
It fails because identity, safety, and embodiment are missing from the equation.

Inside this conversation, we break down The Embodied Method—a mind, body, and soul framework that blends soul with science through neurology, biology, and quantum understanding.
