Once a person accepts that narrative, they become vulnerable to manipulation, fear, outrage, and tribalism.

In this episode, Stephen examines several tactics frequently used by modern political influencers:

- The Hero Narrative- Creating an Enemy- Fear and Bullying- Strategic Ambiguity- Repetition in Place of Evidence- Burden Shifting- Gish Galloping- "God Told Me" Card

These tactics are not unique to the political right. They can be found across the ideological spectrum. However, they have become increasingly common among a growing segment of influencers who have built audiences through outrage, suspicion, and perpetual conflict.

As Christians, we are called to be people of truth, wisdom, discernment, and sound judgment. We must resist the temptation to build our identities around personalities, movements, and online tribes, and instead remain firmly anchored in Jesus Christ and His Word.

Truth matters.

Character matters.

Discernment matters.

Listen now and join the conversation.

🚀 Become a partner through our Website: https://www.stephenpowellministries.com/pages/partner-with-us 🚀 Become a partner through Youtube | Become a Member:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJUKChRYv48j9MHgxInqopw/join 🚀 Become a partner through Substack | Become a Paid Subscriber:https://stephenpowell907.substack.com/subscribe

This is a public episode. In this episode, we take a step back and begin analyzing the tactics themselves.

What happens when powerful communicators use charisma, intrigue, ambiguity, and emotional manipulation to influence millions of people?

Drawing from Scripture, conservative commentators, and observations from the modern media landscape, Stephen examines several tactics that have become increasingly common among influencers associated with the woke right movement.

In this episode:

- Defining the "woke right"- The tactic of "just asking questions"- Stringing audiences along with promises of future revelations- Information overload and accountability avoidance- Moving the goalposts- Secret knowledge and cult-like dynamics- Emotional manipulation versus godly persuasion- Strategic ambiguity and refusing to agree on terms

Jesus repeatedly warned that deception would characterize the last days. For that reason, Christians must become discerning people who not only evaluate the content of a message, but also the methods used to communicate it.

Scripture References:

- John 8:32- 1 John 1:7- Ephesians 5:11- Ephesians 6:12- Genesis 3:1-6- Hebrews 12:6-11- John 14:6- Numbers 20:7-12- Matthew 24:4-5, 11, 24

Read the Full Article:

Article 3: Exposing the Tactics of the Woke Righthttps://stephenpowell907.substack.com/p/exposing-the-tactics-of-the-woke?r=73jcgx

Support the Ministry

If this content has been helpful to you, consider becoming a ministry partner.

Your partnership helps us continue producing biblical teaching, articles, podcasts, and resources designed to equip believers to walk in truth and discernment in a confusing age.

🚀Become a partner through our Website: https://www.stephenpowellministries.com/pages/partner-with-us

🚀Become a partner through Youtube | Become a Member:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJUKChRYv48j9MHgxInqopw/join

🚀Become a partner through Substack | Become a Paid Subscriber:https://stephenpowell907.substack.com/subscribe

This is a public episode. While genuine conspiracies do exist, Scripture calls believers to be people of truth, evidence, wisdom, and discernment—not suspicion, speculation, and reckless accusations.

Together we’ll examine documented examples from Owens’ public statements, discuss the difference between legitimate investigation and conspiratorial thinking, and consider the spiritual, psychological, and cultural consequences that follow when everything becomes a conspiracy.

This episode is not primarily about politics. It is about truth. It is about discernment. And it is about the Christian responsibility to test every claim carefully before embracing it.

📖 Podcast Series: Examining Candace Owens

Support The Ministry

If these teachings are helping you, consider becoming a monthly ministry partner or paid subscriber. Drawing from documented evidence, public statements, and biblical principles, I explain why I believe many of Candace’s accusations have been reckless, harmful, and unsupported by credible evidence.

More importantly, I explore what Scripture teaches about discernment, false accusations, slander, truth, and the Christian responsibility to evaluate influential voices by their fruit.

This is not primarily a political discussion.
