Today, he shares his views on how to address our nation’s most critical issues.

California has massive challenges, most of which are politically self-imposed. Unfortunately, members of Congress have a limited direct impact on their district’s issues. However, they can dramatically influence the direction of those issues and establish better structural representation at the federal level.

Mr. Maxsenti discusses what he can do as a member of the United States House of Representatives to help his congressional district (CA-47) and the rest of the country move in the right direction. He brings interesting ideas, integrity, and a positive attitude to the fight. I’ll leave it to you to determine whether you agree or disagree with his position after you’ve benefited from his insight.

If you would like to support Mr. Maxsenti, visit his website to see how you can help.

TJ’s Substack is a reader-supported publication. Mr. Fishback is one of the founders of Azoria Partners, a private hedge fund, where he currently holds the titles of CEO and Chief Investment Officer. He might be described as a conservative who is not hesitant to express his aggressive populist and contrarian opinions openly. In some ways, he might also be described as a conservative counterpart to New York City’s mayor-elect, Zolran Mamdani.

* Mr. Fishback shares “insight” into how he would address the State’s issues of:

* Affordability,

* Immigration (particularly with respect to H-1B visas and foreign scholarship within State universities),

* The impact of AI on Florida’s youth, its power grid, and water supply; and

* Housing (including eliminating property taxes and the speculative acquisition of private residences by corporations).

Mr. Fishback also addresses some of the controversies that have been raised surrounding his candidacy, including his:

* Ballot eligibility,

* Education and experience,

* The basis of litigation with his previous employer, and

* The forced liquidation of two of Azoria’s funds.

He asserts that he has closed within 10 points of the early favorite on the Republican side (Rep. Byron Donalds – Florida’s 19th District) but does not reference the poll. As with any candidate, I always recommend that you listen to his positions and then research the issues and his answers before reaching a conclusion. Only then will you be in a position to develop a well-informed decision... which is the purpose of INSIGHT.

You may follow Mr. Fishback at:

* Website: fishback2026.com

* LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/james-fishback-b14302315/

* Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fshbck

* X: @j_fishback

This is a public episode.
