Expressing joy can feel more terrifying than expressing pain.</p><p>I’m learning that my biggest hangup with vulnerability lives there—having the courage to love things openly.</p><p>On their website, the lead singer says: “This band is one of the biggest representations of love in my life. It’s love personified.” As a fan, I experience them as love personified.  Their concerts feel like standing inside a container of joy. And when you let music move you like that, it will shift you.</p><p>So…more live music?</p><p>And maybe a groupie yoga tour whenever they announce their next one.
