The early tactics of Parental Discard™ is rewriting history. It isn’t a single move. It branches into every part of family life until fiction replaces reality. Childhood becomes trauma. Imperfection becomes narcissism. Boundaries become survival.

Over years, bending becomes habit. We are conditioned to accept the rewrites as the price of holding family together. Until one day, the frame is complete — and we are named as the problem.

If truth is surrendered this way, parents are erased. Families collapse under fiction. That is the call to action: see it, name it, refuse the rewriting as reality. This isn’t healing. It is discard.
