Listen, relax, and free your mind. Living mindfully has been an intentional practice for Yolanda since 2014. Her practice deepened significantly between 2021 and 2023 while experiencing emotional and mental distress which led to involuntary, or forced, commitment in the U.S. psychiatric system. Every month, hear from this Southern nomad who strives to lead with compassion and comprehension wherever she goes. This podcast is for those who desire to understand and connect while on their healing & liberation journeys. Available now on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and Substack!
