My body started moving in ways I didn’t expect, like it was releasing trauma without me even trying. Instead of fighting it, I let it happen. Then I went for a walk (even though I’ve been afraid to). By the end, I shifted from anxious and stuck… to calm and hopeful.</p><p>This episode is about breaking patterns, moving with what your body needs, and finding freedom in small but powerful shifts.</p><p>I’m curious to hear what patterns you want to shift in your life? What’s no longer serving you? Don’t worry - you don’t need a solution or “the how” in this nano-second.
