I know that’s not a particularly nuanced take, but let’s be honest. When you look around at the people in positions of power right now, are you inspired? Do you feel represented? Do you trust them to build the world you want your kids to inherit?

Probably not.

So you may have been thinking: Do I need to step into this role?

And the answer is YES. But there’s a problem.

We’ve Been Conditioned to Be Followers, Not Leaders

Most of us have warped ideas about what leadership and influence actually are.

We think it means having a million followers. Being really loud and aggressive. Getting constant attention. Having a platform or credentials.

But that’s not leadership. That’s just attention.

Meanwhile, we’ve been conditioned to explain every decision we make. To be available 24/7. To seek approval before acting. To make everyone comfortable.

But that’s not leadership either.

That’s just people-pleasing.

This year, I’ve been going back to my resources from psychology, business, marketing and personal development. Lately I’ve been obsessed with Tony Robbins for the energy, positive and hype because I personally need to focus on my state to maintain this kind of media work.

But I’ve also become obsessed with the tools and teachings of Chase Hughes. Chase Hughes is the world's #1 leading authority on behaviour profiling, nonverbal human communication, influence, and persuasion. His work has long been the go-to training resource for the most elite professionals in human intelligence and he’s got a lot of material that explains how to become immune from propaganda and brainwashing techniques.

Here’s What He Teaches About Real Power and What That Actually Looks Like…..

Real power is grounded and controlled. It’s not reactive.

Real influence comes from grounded articulation and proof that you practice what you preach.

Think about it. The people in positions of power right now didn’t ask permission to do what they do. They didn’t wait for someone to anoint them as ready. They didn’t seek consensus from everyone around them before taking action.

Yet so many of us are sitting here waiting. Waiting to be saved, or waiting for permission to step into those roles ourselves.

We’ve got a lot of work to do here on earth right now.

And we’re not going to get it done by waiting for the right leaders to emerge from the existing power structures. Those structures are designed to produce exactly the kind of leaders we already have.

The Kind of Leadership We Actually Need

We need real influence and real leadership that doesn’t look like attention-seeking and aggression.

We need people who are so grounded in their truth that they don’t need to over-explain themselves to strangers on the internet. Who don’t fight in the comments section. Who don’t attack others for their beliefs. Who don’t perform their values for approval.

We need people who lead by their values, not their neurosis.

And here’s the thing. You don’t need a million followers to do this.

You just need unshakeable clarity about who you are and what you stand for.

The Authority Paradox

Here’s something I’ve noticed about people with real influence.

The more you explain yourself, the less authority you have.

Think about the people you truly respect. Do they constantly justify their decisions? Do they seek your approval before acting? Do they need you to understand every nuance of their thinking?

No. They make decisions from a place of clarity, communicate them clearly, and move forward with confidence.

The moment you stop needing to be understood is the moment you become unshakeable.

This doesn’t mean being closed off or refusing to communicate. It means you’re not performing your decision-making process for an audience. You’re not outsourcing your clarity to the crowd.

What This Actually Looks Like

People with grounded influence don’t perform for approval. They don’t explain themselves constantly. They don’t need everyone to understand them. They don’t react to every provocation. They don’t build dependency in their followers.

Instead, they lead through presence, not performance. They build authority through composure. They create other leaders, not dependents. They speak their truth once and let it land. They make decisions aligned with their values and live with the consequences.

Your Leadership Practice This Week

This week, I want you to practice this in one way.

Set a boundary without explaining yourself.

Not rudely. Not aggressively. Just clearly.

“No, that doesn’t work for me. I’m not available for that. I’ve made a different decision.”

And then stop talking. Don’t justify. Don’t over-explain. Don’t perform your reasoning for approval.

Or speak a truth you’ve been holding back without arguing in the comments.

Say what you need to say. Say it clearly. Say it once. And then let it land.

You don’t need to convince everyone. You don’t need to win the argument. You just need to speak your truth and let the people who are ready to hear it receive it.

Or practice breathing, moving, and speaking from a place of groundedness.

Before you react to that email, that comment, that provocation, pause. Breathe. Feel your feet on the ground. And then respond from your center, not from your wound.

You Don’t Need Permission

You don’t need credentials. You don’t need a platform. You don’t need someone to tell you you’re ready.

You just need to decide to be that person.

The world doesn’t need more loud, controlling people trying to force their will on others.

It needs people who are unshakeable but unhardened.

People who can hold their ground without becoming rigid. People who can speak truth without needing to dominate. People who can lead without needing to control.

We’re Not Getting Saved

We’re not getting those great leaders in power anytime soon. The system that produced our current leaders isn’t suddenly going to start producing different ones.

It’s about time we become them.

Not by seeking positions of traditional power, though some of us might.

But by leading in our families. Our communities. Our businesses. Our daily interactions.

By being so grounded in our truth that we become undeniable.

By building the alternatives instead of just complaining about what’s broken.

By showing up as the kind of leader we wish we had.

The Work Begins With You

This isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s not about never making mistakes or always having the right answer.

It’s about deciding that you’re done waiting for permission.

Done performing for approval.

Done explaining yourself to people who aren’t really listening.

It’s about stepping into your own authority. Not over others, but within yourself.

And then leading from that place.

The world is waiting. Not for you to be perfect but for you to be real.

The Truth About Truth and Reconciliation: How Virtue Signaling Became a Land Grab and a Billion Dollar Scam

A deep dive into the documentary “Making a Killing” and what it reveals about Canada’s $5 billion reconciliation industry

Good morning, truth-seekers.

I just finished watching a documentary that will fundamentally change how you think about modern Canada. “Making a Killing” follows Dallas Brody, a Vancouver politician who dared to ask a simple question: Where are the bodies?

Four years ago, the world was told that 215 children’s remains were discovered at the Kamloops Indian Residential School. Churches burned. Statues fell. Canada was branded a genocidal nation. Billions in reparations flowed.

There’s just one problem: No bodies have ever been found.

The $12 Million Question

Let me start with the most shocking revelation. The Kamloops Indian Band received $12.1 million to investigate and excavate the alleged burial site. Four years later, they’ve built a white fence around the area and hired security to keep people away.

Zero excavations have been completed.

As one expert in the documentary notes: “It would take 4 hours to excavate a grave. That’s how long it would take to know if you had a body somewhere.”

So why haven’t they dug? The answer reveals the true nature of what Brody calls “the reconciliation industry.”

The Anatomy of a False Claim

The Kamloops announcement was based on three pieces of “evidence”:

* Ground-penetrating radar that detected “anomalies” (not bodies)

* A tooth that turned out to be non-human

* A rib bone that mysteriously disappeared

The radar specialist, Dr. Sarah Beaulieu, explicitly stated: “With ground penetrating radar, we could never say definitively that they are human remains until one excavates.”

Yet Chief Casemir immediately declared: “It’s undeniable that those are graves.”

The “anomalies” were most likely a septic system installed in 1924.

When Virtue Signaling Becomes Land Grabbing

Here’s where this story gets truly frightening. What started as emotional manipulation has evolved into the systematic transfer of Canadian territory to unelected tribal authorities.

Richmond, BC - The Canary in the Coal Mine:

Last year, 150+ homeowners in Richmond received letters informing them that a court had declared Aboriginal title over their properties. Banks immediately stopped renewing mortgages. Property values collapsed overnight.

One resident told the documentary: “We have no intentions of selling this property... [but] they are not renewing [our mortgage].”

This isn’t isolated. Similar claims are now targeting:

* The entire city of Kamloops (100,000 residents)

* Haida Gwaii (handed over completely)

* Sunshine Coast ($100 million deal, private docks seized)

With 204 bands in BC and none saying they’ve “given up their claims,” where does this end?

The Legal Framework Destroying Property Rights

The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), now law in BC, states that Indigenous people have rights to lands they have “traditionally owned, occupied or otherwise used.”

As lawyer Tom Flanagan explains in the documentary: “This has nothing to do with proof... That’s all of British Columbia.”

Translation: Every square inch of BC is potentially subject to Aboriginal title claims.

The province has effectively given Indigenous bands veto power over all government decisions while negotiating away citizens’ property rights in secret.

The $5 Billion Settlement Scam

The documentary reveals how Canada’s residential school settlement process abandoned basic legal safeguards:

* 99% of abuse claims were approved without evidence

* Claimants could submit complaints as brief as “50 words”

* No cross-examination was allowed

* The more horrific the story, the bigger the payout

Result: $5 billion paid out to 38,000 individuals, despite massive RCMP investigations yielding fewer than 50 sexual abuse convictions.

One teacher describes receiving identical false allegations from two brothers months apart - both likely paid tens of thousands of dollars.

The Silencing Machine

When Dallas Brody simply stated the factual reality that zero confirmed burials exist at Kamloops, she was:

* Expelled from her political party

* Called a racist by fellow politicians

* Threatened with imprisonment under proposed “residential school denialism” laws

A teacher was fired for telling students that residential school deaths were primarily from disease (historically accurate). His crime? Refusing to tell children that teachers murdered their students.

The message is clear: Question the narrative and face destruction.

The Historical Reality They Don’t Want You to Know

Oxford historian Lord Nigel Biggar provides crucial context in the documentary:

* Many residential schools were requested by Indigenous leaders in treaties

* Schools often provided better healthcare than reserves (students were taller and healthier)

* Most deaths occurred from disease during the pre-antibiotic era

* By 1953, residential school students were 5x less likely to die from TB than the general Indigenous population

The “genocide” narrative simply doesn’t match the evidence.

The Universal Pattern of Human Migration

Perhaps most importantly, the documentary highlights what’s conveniently ignored: displacement and migration are universal human experiences.

* The Iroquois displaced the Huron in the 1640s

* Pacific Northwest tribes practiced slavery and constant warfare

* Every piece of land on Earth has been “taken” multiple times

Yet only European-descended populations are expected to pay eternal reparations for normal historical processes.

The Corruption Nobody Talks About

Indigenous band members interviewed in the documentary reveal massive corruption:

* Millions in reconciliation funding with no accountability

* Chiefs threatening to evict members who ask questions

* Band members seeing no benefit from billions in transfers

* Financial records hidden from public scrutiny

As one member explains: “Most people won’t ask questions because they are afraid of the pushback... They can try and take your house away from you.”

The Endgame: Two-Tiered Canada

This isn’t about helping Indigenous people - it’s about creating a race-based hierarchy where:

* Unelected tribal authorities have veto power over elected governments

* Property rights depend on your ancestry

* Different legal standards apply to different racial groups

* Democratic governance is replaced by ethnic privilege

We’re witnessing the systematic dismantling of Canada as a nation of equal citizens.

Fighting Back: The Brody Blueprint

The documentary offers a roadmap for resistance:

1. Demand Evidence

* Force excavation at Kamloops and other claimed sites

* Apply normal legal standards to historical claims

* Require transparency in reconciliation spending

2. Political Action

* Repeal DRIPA and withdraw from UNDRIP

* Defend property rights through legislation

* Support candidates willing to speak truth

3. Economic Pressure

* Defund the reconciliation industry

* Reallocate billions to services for all citizens

* Challenge corporate virtue signaling

4. Cultural Renewal

* Teach children to be proud of Canadian achievements

* Reject guilt-based narratives about our history

* Celebrate shared citizenship over racial division

The Choice Before Us

As Dallas Brody asks: “Do we want a two-tiered society with a race-based hierarchy or one sovereign nation with citizens who are equals?”

The documentary makes clear: We’re at a tipping point.

Legal precedents are being set. Economic damage is accelerating. Democratic institutions are being captured. Social cohesion is fracturing along racial lines.

But it’s not too late - if we act now.

The truth is simple: There are no bodies at Kamloops. Residential schools were not genocide. Canada’s ancestors built civilization, they didn’t steal it. And Canadians deserve a government that defends their rights instead of giving them away to appease professional grievance-mongers.

The question is: Do we have the courage to say so?
