This episode I finish it, and I finish the thought.

Like Stars on Earth follows a dyslexic kid getting punished by a system that has no room for how his mind actually works. Sound familiar. I talk about what happened when I sat back down to watch the ending: a new teacher walks in, sees the kid for what he is instead of what he's failing at, and everything shifts. Einstein, Edison, da Vinci, all named as men who couldn't read or write the way the system wanted either.

I connect that straight to my own frustration with funnels, pipelines, and selling things I hate building. Why the world isn't built for neurodivergent people, why that's not a flaw, and why the outliers are the ones who actually move humanity forward. Also: my 4am biphasic sleep experiment, why I don't believe in Darwinian evolution, and why I built an AI dictation system so I can work the way Voltaire and Agatha Christie did instead of the way productivity culture tells me to.

www.thewyrdones.com is live. A kid getting punished for being wired different. Had to stop halfway through.

Started crying, and it wasn’t really about the kid. It was about me at that age, the version of me that got good at performing instead of falling apart. High achiever. Competent. No one had to yell at me because I’d already learned how to make myself acceptable.

Take away the structure and the systems now, and I watch myself fall apart in real time. Since then, most mornings, I drink at least some of my own urine.

I know.

This episode is not here to convince you of anything. It is here to give you two honest voices in genuine dialogue so you can think for yourself.

I recently started aging urine again after nearly two years of traveling made it impossible to maintain the practice. While lying in the sun after a dry brushing and aged urine topical session, I decided to go deep on this. Properly. With both the ancient wisdom and the modern science in the room at the same time.

So I asked my AI to become two separate characters.

Prana: a practitioner steeped in the Shivambu Kalpa Vidhi and Ayurvedic tradition. Decades of lived practice. Speaks from experience, ancient text, and energetic understanding.

Dr. Sona: a biochemist and integrative health researcher. PhD, read the literature obsessively, did a year in an Ayurvedic ashram and came out genuinely changed. Skeptical but not dismissive.

They do not always agree. Sometimes they surprise each other.

In this episode:

What is actually happening inside a jar of aging urine and what those crystals, the oily film, and the black particles mean from both perspectives

The stem cell question: what the tradition says, what the biochemistry actually supports, and why the truth is more interesting than the claim

Why the best medicine is bitter and what that means physically, emotionally, and energetically

The dry brush, aged urine, sun protocol: what each step does and why the sequence matters

Consuming the shadow: how this practice is the most visceral and honest form of shadow work available, and what Jung and modern neuroscience both have to say about it

Why society shuns this, who benefits from your disgust, and why structural indifference is more insidious than conspiracy

How to actually do this if you want to experiment responsibly

References and rabbit holes:

Shivambu Kalpa Vidhi: the original Sanskrit text on urine therapy

John Armstrong, The Water of Life: the most accessible Western entry point into the practice

Research on epidermal growth factor in urine

Spermidine and cellular regeneration research

Psychoneuroimmunology and emotional biochemistry: Candace Pert, Molecules of Emotion

Urea in dermatology: pharmaceutical applications and wound healing research

A note before you dive in:

This is an experiment. I am a 3/5 Manifesting Generator. Experimenting is literally written into my design. I try things, I report back, I do not pretend to have all the answers.

This is not medical advice. This is not a protocol I am prescribing. This is one weird human sharing what he actually thinks about and acts on, using AI as a dialogue partner to hold the complexity honestly.

Do your own research. Question everything including this. The goal is never for you to believe me. The goal is for you to think.

This is The Wyrd Ones. The Basque fight to preserve their language, culture, and independence ignited something in me that I didn’t quite have a name for… until now.

This episode isn’t just about Spain. It’s about identity, exile, and the aching desire to belong — to a people, a land, a story.

In this voice note, I speak from the heart about growing up in a cultural void in the deserts of Arizona, disconnected from both my ancestral lineage and the Indigenous land beneath my feet. I share how being placed in “gifted and talented” education pulled me even further from my peers, and how my Irish roots whisper a history of emigration, loss, and resilience.

As globalization swallows up the old ways and cultures homogenize in the name of progress, I ask — what are we losing? And what does it mean to reclaim a sense of identity in a world built on forgetting?

Take a walk with me. Listen. Reflect. And maybe — just maybe — feel a little less alone.

This is a public episode.
