Today, we're diving into a powerful spiritual truth, one that has made a profound difference in my life and business—the spiritual truth of allowing. You've probably noticed I've divided these truths into categories: truths about yourself, truths about others, and truths about business and success. This episode focuses on the last category, exploring how the principle of allowing has set my spirit free from a lifetime of striving and control.

For as long as I can remember, I've been a driven, independent, and task-oriented person. If I wanted something, I would go out and do everything necessary to get it. This "go, go, go" mentality brought me success in my career, particularly in network marketing, where I meticulously followed every rule and piece of advice. I was so confident I could control the outcome that I pushed and pushed until I hit my goals. But while my business was succeeding, my relationships and my own mental and physical health were suffering. I was completely burned out and unfulfilled.

It wasn't until I started to learn about the spiritual law of allowing that I realized my constant need to control was a major block. I had to unlearn the ingrained belief that my effort alone was the sole driver of success. The thought of letting go felt impossible, but in my desperation for peace, I decided to trust a different path. This shift from forcing things to letting them unfold was the exact answer I needed. It not only brought immense relief but also led to exponential growth in my business and a peace I had been searching for my entire life.

This is a public episode. Today, we're diving into a powerful spiritual truth that made a huge shift in my life: the truth of non-attachment. If this is your first time listening, I'm so glad you're here. I'm sharing different truths that have helped me on my journey of healing from past traumas and finding genuine happiness, peace, and fulfillment. For the longest time, I felt like I was doing everything "right," but something was missing. I couldn't figure out why I still wasn't experiencing the deep peace and joy I was searching for. This spiritual truth of non-attachment was a real game-changer for me.

My biggest takeaway from this truth is that nothing in the external world can bring us true, lasting fulfillment and happiness. We often attach our self-worth and confidence to external achievements—like job titles, money, houses, or cars—but this just leaves us constantly chasing the next thing. I've been there myself, always striving for more, and feeling that temporary happiness quickly fade away. This cycle of chasing and never feeling like enough can cause so much anxiety and worry. It wasn't until I started to see the pattern that I realized I was attaching my worth to the wrong things, and the real things that mattered in my life, like my relationships, were suffering.

This journey led me to a simple but profound realization: the only thing we should truly be attached to is our own internal worth. When we stop attaching our happiness to external circumstances and start waking up every morning remembering who we are—a powerful being with unique gifts and a purpose—that's when everything changes. The foundation of life is knowing who you are, the meaning of life is discovering your gifts, and the purpose of life is giving those gifts away. When you live from that place of internal self-worth, peace, happiness, and fulfillment naturally flow into your life without the constant need to chase or control anything.

This is a public episode. These principles are things I learned on my own healing journey, which helped me view life from a new perspective and find truth, peace, and happiness. For a long time, I felt like I was doing all the right things, but I was still struggling. I’ve come to realize that much of this struggle came from a fixed mindset and scarcity mindset that I had developed over my life.

I used to believe that my abilities were unchanging and that failure was a personal attack. I was resistant to change, kept my knowledge to myself, and was suspicious of others' motives. But through a shift in perspective, I learned that failure is an opportunity for growth, and feedback is a constructive way to improve. This realization completely changed my approach to life. It's a powerful lesson that anyone can learn, no matter what their past experiences have been.

I am excited to share what I’ve learned about shifting from a fixed and scarcity mindset to an abundance and growth mindset. I'll walk you through the key differences and how embracing this new perspective can bring profound peace and happiness into your life. You'll learn how to start training your mind to see the world from a place of abundance, and how to identify and neutralize the subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back.

This is a public episode. I was genuinely frustrated with this concept for a long time. You might have heard of ideas like these in the book "The Secret," and honestly, I initially rolled my eyes, thinking it was "voodoo."

My early attempts at manifesting material things utterly failed, leaving me more frustrated than ever. However, through my personal development journey, I discovered why my efforts fell flat and why others found such profound success. It wasn't just about wishing for "stuff"; it was about understanding deeper spiritual processes. I realized that to truly manifest, it's about attracting happiness, peace, and fulfillment.

I now understand that what "The Secret" missed were crucial elements that can block manifestation. I learned that there are three core principles that make all the difference, which I cover in detail in the full episode. In fact, I unknowingly followed these principles to manifest my incredible marriage, a relationship that naturally flowed into my life because I was already embodying these truths. To discover these three principles and hear more about how I manifested my relationship without even realizing it, tune into the full episode.

This is a public episode. You might have heard of the universal law of correspondence, and this is similar, but it's my personal interpretation – a truth I've embraced through prayer and study that has truly set my spirit free. This spiritual law, also known as the "two-way mirror," reveals a fundamental principle: what you give, you get. What you put out into the world, whether through your thoughts, beliefs, or actions, will eventually come back to you, often tenfold.

When I first grasped this concept, it was a profound realization. I looked at my life, and when I was truly honest with myself, I understood why I wasn't getting what I wanted. It helped me move past a victim mentality and ask, "How can I improve? What am I missing? What can I do to be better?" This truth isn't just about big gestures; it’s about recognizing that if you want more of something in your life, you have to be willing to give it first. It's a powerful shift that can lead to incredible peace and happiness.

This is a public episode. It's about fully accepting that you messed up and taking the necessary steps to make things right. This spiritual truth is deeply intertwined with self-love, radical acceptance of your imperfections, and radical responsibility—the willingness to embody the very apologies and accountability you might wish to receive from others. Now, you might be wondering, what does rejection have to do with spiritual truth, peace, or happiness? For many of us, rejection has been a source of immense misery, sadness, and heartache. But what if we told you that understanding rejection from a different perspective could transform those painful experiences into blessings? That's exactly what we're here to explore today.

We'll be drawing inspiration from Jamie Kern Lima's book, Worthy, particularly her powerful insights on viewing rejection through a new lens. As she wisely points out, the more we strive and grow, the more rejection we're likely to encounter, and it's a natural part of the journey. But we don't have to let it cause us pain and suffering. Instead, we'll uncover how to shift our perspective and find peace, joy, and happiness amidst life's inevitable setbacks. Join us as we redefine rejection and discover its true spiritual meaning.

This is a public episode. I was desperate to find happiness, and it wasn't until I opened my mind to these truths and surrendered my old ways of thinking that everything began to shift. I completely get it. For years, I was right there with you, convinced that controlling everything would lead to happiness. However, through a profound healing journey, I discovered a powerful concept I call the Spiritual Law of Control, which completely shifted my perspective and, ultimately, brought me the peace and happiness I had long been searching for.

This isn't just a surface-level idea; it's a deep dive into understanding where our need for control originates—often from past traumatic experiences where we felt unheard, unseen, or unsafe. By uncovering these roots, we can begin to dismantle the ingrained beliefs that fuel our desire to control. What I've learned, and what I'm excited to share, is that trying to control everything in our lives, from outcomes to other people's behaviors, actually blocks us from receiving the very blessings and happiness meant for us.

When you truly surrender the need to control and "let go and let God," you open yourself up to a life of flow, miracles, and genuine peace. You'll discover that clinging to control only perpetuates anxiety and resistance, whereas releasing it allows divine guidance to bring about what's truly for your highest good. The mistakes you make, the challenges you face, even the actions of others that impact you? Today, we're diving into a powerful concept: the spiritual truth of perfection. This isn't about striving for an impossible ideal or believing you are flawless. Instead, it's a profound shift in mindset that, for me, brought immense peace and happiness on my healing journey. It's one of those transformative spiritual truths that helped me find the peace and power I'd been searching for.

This truth reveals that there's a divine order to everything happening in your life. You might wonder, "Why love?" Well, it ties directly into the very purpose of this podcast: helping you find genuine peace and happiness in your daily life. For a long time, I struggled to find lasting peace, despite trying to do all the "right" things. It was through my healing journey that I began to understand spiritual truths—God's ultimate truths—and how they differ from our individual, relative truths.

My life began to transform dramatically as I started to align with these divine truths. When I learned something that resonated deeply, I'd take it to God, the one source of pure truth, and ask, "Is this true?" If it was, I'd embrace it and follow its direction. I noticed a consistent pattern: whenever I surrendered my own ideas and followed what I felt God was guiding me to do, things in my life would improve in ways I could never have expected. This powerful alignment, listening to God's voice, and having the courage to follow it, showed me His incredible care for the details of my life.

This journey led me to embrace the spiritual truth of love, particularly charity, the pure love of Jesus Christ. I realized I was often filled with anger, jealousy, and resentment towards others, far from the qualities of charity. Through prayer and a conscious effort to view people through God's eyes, my perspective began to shift. Instead of automatic judgment, I found myself filled with compassion and a deep affection, realizing others might be struggling. Before then, the word "boundaries" wasn't really in my vocabulary, and I certainly didn't think I needed them. Boy, was I uneducated! It was actually my sister-in-law who first introduced me to the concept during a challenging predicament we were in. I remember thinking, "Okay, I've heard this word, but what exactly is a boundary, how do I set one, and why are they even useful?" Her explanation was a saving grace in that situation, and it opened my eyes to something truly amazing.

The first key takeaway about boundaries is that they are fundamentally for your peace and power. They are a vital tool to help you maintain your inner calm and personal strength. We'll explore two main types of boundaries. The first involves setting limits with other people or external circumstances to protect your peace. The second, and one that has truly revolutionized my understanding, involves setting boundaries with yourself. This "higher law," as I like to call it, emphasizes radical responsibility and recognizing that you are ultimately in charge of your own peace and power. While setting boundaries with others is important, what happens when they don't comply? That's where self-boundaries come in, offering a powerful path to peace regardless of external factors.

In this episode, we'll begin by discussing how to identify when a boundary is needed in your relationships with others and how to effectively communicate and enforce those boundaries. We'll explore practical steps like clearly defining your needs, asserting your limits with confidence, and understanding how to handle resistance. But even more profoundly, we'll delve into the transformative power of self-boundaries – learning to accept what you can't control, managing your own behavior, taking accountability for your part, and deciding what you're willing to allow into your life. Ultimately, this journey is about finding an unprecedented level of happiness and fulfillment by taking ownership of your inner peace.

This is a public episode. Self-Worth

Today, we're diving into a crucial spiritual truth: the distinction between self-worth and self-confidence. Have you ever considered if there's a difference, and how they might affect each other? This is a big one, and I'm excited to share a key insight right away: self-worth is the greatest indicator of personal happiness.

Why is that? Well, self-confidence is typically built on external factors—what you do, what you accomplish, your skills, and your environment. It can fluctuate based on how well you perform or who you're around. But self-worth? That's entirely internal. It's about truly knowing who you are: a beloved individual with inherent purpose and gifts, perfect and wonderful just as you are, mistakes and all. When you believe this to your core, that's where unwavering self-worth comes from, leading to profound peace and happiness.

We'll explore this difference further with insights from Jamie Kern Lima's book, Worthy, highlighting how self-confidence is fragile and external, while self-worth is foundational and stable. If you've been chasing happiness through accomplishments or external validation, you might be missing the crucial internal foundation that self-worth provides. Tune in to discover how strengthening your self-worth can transform your self-confidence and bring true, lasting peace and joy to your daily life.

This is a public episode. I'm taking a deep breath because I'm about to share an experience I'm not proud of, but I believe it's essential for helping you understand the spiritual truth of triggers. For a long time, I hated triggers; they were incredibly irritating and led to intense moments of anger and guilt. But I've learned something transformative about them, something that has brought immense peace and joy to my daily life, and I'm excited to share that with you.

We're going to dive into what triggers truly are, what they are not, and how they can actually be powerful tools for healing and personal growth. I'll start by sharing a deeply personal story, a wake-up call that forced me to confront my own behaviors and begin a healing journey. It's a difficult story, but one that highlights the profound impact triggers can have when we don't understand their true nature. My hope is that by sharing my vulnerability, I can help you gain control of your triggers sooner, so you can find peace and happiness in your life today, without enduring years of struggle.

If you're dealing with anxiety, anger outbursts, constant irritation, or the crushing weight of guilt after a reaction, this episode is for you. We'll explore how these seemingly negative experiences are actually your body's way of whispering to you, highlighting areas that need attention and healing. Triggers aren't trying to sabotage you; they're trying to protect you. By getting curious instead of frustrated, you can unlock incredible self-discovery and transform these challenges into opportunities for growth.

This is a public episode. This was actually the very first truth I learned on my own journey toward peace and happiness, and it truly changed everything. It wasn't me who recognized it first, but a life coach who quickly noticed the negative self-talk constantly replaying in my mind. She saw that despite my goals and frustration, my thoughts were blocking me and directly impacting the outcome of my life.

She taught me a profound truth: our thoughts create our beliefs, our beliefs influence our feelings, our feelings drive our actions, and our actions ultimately shape the circumstances of our lives. Yes, they are that powerful. If you've never truly examined the thousands of thoughts that run through your mind every single day, I promise this episode will be a game-changer. Even if you have, taking this truth more seriously and committing to changing your thoughts for good can completely transform your life. I've experienced it firsthand, and I've witnessed hundreds of other women achieve incredible transformations by doing the work to change what's going on in their heads.

We have over 6,000 thoughts a day, and an astounding 80% of them are repetitive – the same old recordings playing on loop. If your current life isn't bringing you joy or fulfillment, could it be those persistent, unexamined thoughts holding you back? Join me as we explore how to become the director of your mind, discern between thoughts of light and darkness, and learn how to erase and replace limiting beliefs that are preventing you from creating the life you truly desire.

This is a public episode. You're no longer blaming others or external factors; instead, you're deciding how you will respond and create your life.

Join me as we explore what radical responsibility truly means and how it can revolutionize your life. We'll delve into how this mindset shift empowers you to take control of your healing, improve your decision-making, increase your accountability, and build incredible resilience. It was only by learning these spiritual truths that my life truly transformed, bringing the daily peace, happiness and fulfillment I now experience.

In this episode, we'll explore the incredible power of your mind, particularly your subconscious mind. This isn't just about awareness; it's about the vast, hidden part of your mind that controls almost everything, storing memories from before birth, inherited emotions, and every high-emotion event from your lifetime.

These deeply imprinted memories, both positive and negative, form "commands" – our limiting beliefs or empowering truths – which become your identity and the lens through which you create your entire life. For so long, I wondered why fulfillment felt out of reach. It was through discovering these spiritual truths, now part of my own healing journey, that I finally found my way.

Remember, we talk about ultimate truths – God's all-knowing truth – and our personal truths. My highest goal is to align my personal truths with God's ultimate truth, because every time I've surrendered to His guidance, something truly amazing, beyond my wildest dreams, has happened. I bring every insight to God, asking, "Is this your truth for me?" If it is, I accept it; if not, I seek understanding. This is how I move forward, believing and following whatever God's truth reveals.

Today, we're tackling a big one: self-love, self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness. For me, this journey began with confronting deep self-doubt and self-hate that started after childhood trauma, intensifying as a young mom. I vividly remember hating who I was, feeling like the worst mother, wife, and person. These feelings stemmed from limiting beliefs and false identities rooted not just in one event, but in many life experiences that left me full of emotion, pain, and fear. Trauma, I've learned, isn't always about big, dramatic events; it's anything that makes you feel unseen, unheard, or unloved, especially when coupled with high emotions. These are the moments limiting beliefs take root, shaping our thoughts, feelings, and ultimately, our lives.

As a young mom, deeply entrenched in self-hate, the very first thing my life coach talked to me about was these limiting beliefs and the path to self-love. This was one of the hardest transformations I've ever made: learning to love, forgive, and accept myself as an imperfect spiritual being, knowing it's okay to make mistakes. As a recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser, I held myself to impossible standards, easily forgiving others but rarely myself. It's truly difficult to love others, or even God, when you carry such self-loathing. I urge you to open your heart and stop hating yourself. It's time to extend the same compassion and forgiveness you offer to others, back to yourself.

This is a public episode.
