Focus</strong></p><p>Direct your attention with intention.Engage the specific behavior or mindset you’re trying to build. Remember: errors aren’t setbacks - they’re the fastest route to plasticity.</p><p><strong>03. Sleep</strong></p><p>This is where the rewiring locks in. During sleep, your brain replay-edits the day and strengthens the circuits you used. Rest is a non-negotiable part of the transformation process.</p><p><strong>04. Reflection</strong></p><p>Rehearse the version of you you’re becoming.
