It’s a transcription of a bunch of talks he gave in 1918.

I love this little book almost as much as I love the Science of Mind textbook, and I love it because Holmes just comes right out and speaks the truth. He doesn’t wrap things up in nice little packages to make things easier for people to digest. So I’m asking you right now to put your big girl and big boy pants on, and listen with an open mind and even better, an open heart, and see if you can move into a space where this information sinks in. I promise it will improve your life.

So what, exactly, is the Law? Ernest Holmes speaks of it a lot. The Law is part of a trinity, a beautiful and powerful triune of creativity in our lives. The Law is the middle part, the part that takes our thoughts and manifests them. Our thoughts are the top part, physical manifestation is the bottom part, and Love, or God, or Spirit or whatever you want to call It surrounds the entire package. We are this trinity. The trinity is not something to worship, it is something to be. The trinity is thought, law, manifestation, surrounded by, upheld by, given strength and power by a loving Spirit that is everywhere present. A Spirit that manifested us so that It could experience the physical. A Spirit that does not do things, but supports us in our doing.

Now, you may think this a radical way of thinking about God. But Holmes comes right and and says it in this little book: “We have to accept the fact that the God to whom the human race has been praying does not exist. There is no such God.”

I’ve agreed with this since I found this teaching. In fact, I sought this teaching because the God to the whom the human raced prayed was not my God. When I found this teaching, this one truth catapulted me from a life of victimhood to a life of empowerment, and it opened the doors to a much more rewarding life than I ever knew possible. And yet, most folks resist such ideas. The resistance is powerful and strong. Even people in this teaching resist it.

But in my mind, the triune of creativity simply does not work if one continues to think that god does it all. If god does things, then what is the law for?

Holmes says, in the Science of Mind textbook, that Law is mind in action. “The Law is a blind force, and whatever goes into the subjective state of our thought tends to return again as some condition. See the Chapter on “Control of Conditions” for further elaboration…”

It cracks me up that he mentions control of conditions in the same paragraph defining the law. Recite, from the “We Believe” statements, that “we believe in control of conditions,” and most people simply throw up their hands and run the other way. In fact, if you are a member of a 12 step group, the advice you are getting might seem completely contradictory to the we believe statement. Except it isn’t. I explain all of that in my first book, A New Thought Journey through the 12 Steps. https://karenlinsley.com/store/

Believe me please when I say, as an almost 40 year member of 12 step groups, I absolutely do not have a problem with the we believe statements. In fact, I have used them to catapult my life into success, and you can too. I’ve got some things to say about control of conditions, and I said them in my book, How to Live Fearlessly Feral. I won’t repeat them here because that will take me way off topic. https://karenlinsley.com/store/

My point here is, do you believe that the things Holmes presents to us are true? Because belief is pretty important in our teaching.

Holmes said, “If you do not believe it works it will not work, because everything is belief.” Our beliefs are the foundation of how our lives manifest. If you don’t like what is happening in your life, change your belief. Unless of course you do not believe that our beliefs are the foundation of how our lives manifest.

Now. Let’s just say, for kicks and giggles, that you are unhappy with certain aspects of how your life is going. The place to address that is not by moving, changing doctors, changing partners, changing jobs, or doing any other outer change. The place to change is at the level of belief. The outer changes come later.

How do we go about changing a belief? Well, the first step is to be aware that we have the belief in the first place. Let’s take a common example of a belief. Money doesn’t grow on trees. If you have been told this your entire life, you likely believe it. And behind this belief are all sorts of limiting patterns of thinking that will keep you poor. Do you regularly experience not having enough money? Do you hoard your money? Do you vote with your wallet because money is the most important thing when considering who you want to lead us? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you might want to consider that you have a limiting belief about money. Now, if you discover this and you decide you want to change this belief, then here is where that creative process I mentioned earlier comes into play.

Remember: thought, law, manifestation.

So we actively take those limiting thoughts and we change them by replacing them with new, not so limiting thoughts. But it goes deeper than just thoughts. Thought plus feeling equals power, so there must be feelings to accompany those thoughts.

So when you are changing those thoughts, I want you to act as if. Yep. I’m asking you to pretend. Pretend you have as much money as you want. Notice I didn’t say pretend you have a job that gets you that, or that you win the lottery or the megabucks. That’s outlining, and yet another topic for yet another podcast. Maybe I’ll do outlining next. Right now, just pretend you have as much money as you want. Sink into it. FEEL it! There you go. Those feelings, coupled with the new thoughts? PRESTO WHAMMO POWER! You are well on your way to abundance.

Keep doing that. Repeat as necessary. Changing a thought, especially a thought pattern, is like changing any other habit. Every time you think in terms of lack, limitation or not enoughness, change the thought. Replace it with thoughts of abundance. FEEL what it will feel like when there is abundance in your life. Repeat as necessary.

Now, a couple of caveats: DO NOT, under any circumstances, tell yourself you are a bad person for having the limiting thoughts in the first place. (See Love It all in my book, also https://open.substack.com/pub/fearlesslyferal/p/love-it-all-5c0?r=3ps1s&utm_medium=ios).

Secondly, search for and become grateful for the places in your life where abundance already occurs. I became grateful for the weeds on my property doing this.

That’s the process in a nutshell. Change your thinking, keep it changed, and change your life. It isn’t just a trite saying or a catchy advertising blurb. It really works.

I just want to present a few more quotes from Love and Law to you that might help you in this process.

“Tonight I want you to consider yourselves as the infinite or creative power…” ok guys, if you have listened to my podcast before, you know that I take statements like these literally. You know that because I believe that I am the infinite or creative power, I am empowered. You know that I don’t believe in a god that does things, in a god that is in charge. You know you will never hear me give credit to god for the good things in my life. I give credit to god for my life. Period. There’s a difference. Discover that difference for yourself. It’s huge. What I DO believe in is a god, an energy force, that is everywhere present. I do believe that force created me and you so it could experience the physical, and I do believe that we have all the same power as that force, because we are part of it and it is part of us.

“If you could see your thought and take a picture of it and of your conditions, you would see no difference between them.” Self awareness. Look at your thoughts. Now look at your life. Do the conditions in your life resemble the trend of your thinking?

“Recognizing that we are what we are because of that which we are gives us a basis upon which to work in order that we may become something of which we do not now appear to be.” I just had to include this one. Once in a while Holmes comes out with something like this and his phrasing always cracks me up. Basically he means to begin where we are at and progress from there.

I could go on and on with these quotes, I’ve got a lot of highlighted sections in this book, but the one I want to elaborate on is this one: “…it is not to the sentimental ones who gush and gush, that big results come, it is to those who think deeply and simply and pertinently and persistently, and then, because they know.”

Specifically, “it is to those who think deeply and simply and pertinently and persistently.”

I am so grateful. I am grateful that almost 40 years ago I was introduced to a new way of living that advocated for daily spiritual practice. And it advocated not just for meditation and treatment/prayer. OH M Y GOD! Spare me from people who do not think, or don’t believe, that personal self awareness is not a very important part of daily spiritual practice! I happen to think it is THE most important part.

Now, traditionally, in science of mind, we are taught that spiritual practice consists of meditation and affirmative prayer. Period.

I don’t know that I can properly express how inadequate I think that is. How limiting.

Any daily spiritual practice which leaves out the self awareness piece is incomplete.

Do the self awareness. Figure out what it is you are feeling and thinking. Change those thoughts when necessary. Use the power of treatment (https://www.buzzsprout.com/989560/episodes/17474399-the-treatment-series-1st-step-what-is-god) to do so. Then meditate on the new thoughts.

I guarantee it, your life will change for the better.

Closing:

Until next time, remember — you don’t have to live without fear to live a powerful life. You simply have to stop letting fear be the one holding the reins.

If Fearlessly Feral speaks to your wild and authentic spirit, you can support this ministry through a donation, membership, or by subscribing to my Substack. It matters what it feels like.” Tama Kieves.

This was part of the message in my inbox from Tama Kieves this morning. I love her work and her daily reader, called a Year Without Fear, is one of my favorites.

Take a moment and stop and check in with yourself and ask, “what do I feel today?”

Not think. Thoughts are opinions. FEEL. Feelings are things like sad, glad, happy, mad, angry, frustrated, peaceful, joyous.

If what you are feeling is serving you well, keep that feeling. If it isn’t serving you, change it.

Because Kieves is right, what you feel is what matters.

And here’s a spiritual truth for you: whatever you are feeling? If it is something you feel more often than not, it is going to eventually become a reality in your life.

Because feelings are prayers. And our prayers are always answered in the affirmative.

So today, feel good. Whatever that is for you, feel it. Set your intention to feel it more. Create that feeling in all your activities. Watch for that feeling to show up inside of you and when it does, affirm it.

This is what I do every day. I wake up and check in before I ever get out of bed. I ask myself how I’m feeling. If what I am feeling is anything other than joy, gratitude, optimism or some other positive feeling, then I know some work is in order for me. This means that I need to take some time and explore what I am feeling, not to get rid of it, stuff it, deny it or ridicule it. But to accept it wholeheartedly. Because it is only in accepting it wholeheartedly that I can hear the message. Because every feeling has a message for us. And those feelings will keep on feelin’ on until we stop long enough to pay attention to the message. So I explore the feeling with love and compassion but also with curiosity. Chances are whatever it is I am feeling is simply a doorway, a gateway drug to something better and greater. Either that or it’s a nudge to make a change in my perception, or my behavior, or my response to the world.

Now, if you wake up like I did today, feeling grateful, well, that’s wonderful. I’ll take more of that please. So today I will keep the attitude of gratitude running like a background app in my consciousness. And you know what? In doing so, I am convinced that as the day progresses, more things for which to be grateful will appear in my life.

And for that, I am grateful.

Want to know how to change those icky feelings? I’ve been watching what Mother Nature has been up to, in order to plant at the right time. Plant too soon, and frost kills much of my work. Plant too late, and the plants don’t have time to fully mature. This year, things started early. My daffodils bloomed about two weeks earlier than usual, as did my lilac bushes. So today I went out, about two weeks earlier than usual, and buried some seeds. There’s a method to my madness. I didn’t bury ALL the seeds. Just some of them. I actually buried a few a couple of weeks ago as well, just for kicks and giggles, and those seedlings have appeared as little green plants. In another week or so, I will bury a few more. In this way I, hopefully, stagger the times that flowers and veggies appear. I’ve also started a bunch of seeds indoors, I did that over a month ago, and those little seedlings are thriving. I’ve just begun the hardening process which will allow me to successfully move all those seedlings outdoors in a couple more weeks. All of these seeds and seedlings are being planted in soil that has been nourished with compost, and the weeds have been pulled. Pulling weeds is an ongoing process, but if you keep on top of it, it is effortless.

I say all of this as an introduction to what I really want to share with you today: the creative process. All these gardening activities are a perfect metaphor for the creative process. The cool thing is that, in the same way we create flowers and veggies, we create our lives.

We first communicate with Mother Nature, then we plant our seeds, in good soil. Then we engage in an ongoing process of pulling weeds, leaving only the good stuff to grow. We water and weed and nurture and pretty soon, we have plants.

Here’s how it works in our lives: we communicate with that Force within us. Call It whatever you want to call It. We commune with It, through spiritual practices such as meditation or contemplation. We nurture the soil of our minds with practices such as spiritual study and treatment (affirmative prayer). We get seeds, which are thoughts. Both good and as well as thoughts that don’t serve us so well. We weed the less desirable thoughts and nurture the good ones, through careful nourishment of focus. We repeat. Consistently and persistently. And what we created in our minds begins to appear in physical form in our lives.

This is a very short version of the creative process. I’ve been using this process for decades, and it works. I present it to you here in the hopes that you will become curious enough to investigate further. Go ahead. Ask me questions. I dare you! In the meantime, I’ll be found in my garden, pulling weeds, nurturing soil and planting good things. Both my physical garden and the garden of my consciousness.

Here’s a photo of the seedlings I started indoors.

Get full access to Karen Linsley at fearlesslyferal.substack.com/subscribe

Karen Linsley

<itunes:author>Karen Linsley</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>221</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/3905893/post/195459503/cbe32b70542f0fe9684595c00fc7b6a7.jpg"/>

A Different View of Humility

Get full access to Karen Linsley at fearlesslyferal.substack.com/subscribe

Karen Linsley

<itunes:author>Karen Linsley</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>1446</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/3905893/post/194237568/ca3eb5d81c04bdaaaa04fee02a96b9b9.jpg"/>

Being a Possibilitarian

I got this topic and the title from the Global Themes of Centers for Spiritual Living. This is a podcast devoted to revealing practical ways to apply New Thought principles and practices to ensure successful creative living. Fearlessly Feral is a focus ministry of Centers for Spiritual Living and is devoted to the vision of a world in which everyone lives Fearlessly Feral, or - wild and free.

Our MISSION is to facilitate successful living.

Our PURPOSE is to Transcend! In other words, to live beyond the ordinary.

Our VISION is a world in which everyone lives wild and free.

It’s December! A whole new month! I like to call this the season of loving and giving, but it’s also the season of Advent, which means NEW BEGINNINGS! Can you tell I’m excited about that? Stay tuned for my offerings on this subject, all wrapped up with tidbits from my latest book, How to Live Fearlessly Feral.

In the meantime, if you aren’t feeling the love, you may want to try some of the things on my handy dandy list of things to do in December. It will help. I promise.

1. Make cookies, lots of cookies! Different kinds of cookies. Divvy them up and put them into small containers to give as gifts, both to people you know and people you don’t know.

2. Help a neighbor. Shovel snow, rake their leaves, clean their house, whatever they need.

3. Smile at everyone you meet at the store.

4. Write notes to people you don’t see regularly.

5. Clean out your closets of clothes you haven’t worn in a year and take them to a local charity.

6. Declutter your home and take that stuff to another local charity.

7. Donate a coat, hat or gloves to one of those coat drives.

8. Make chicken soup for someone who is ill.

9. Spend some time with someone who is housebound.

10. Sing a christmas carol. Doesn’t matter if you are alone, but you could join a group and do it together and go caroling. Or create a group to go caroling or sing a Christmas song.

11. Take a drive at sunset and look at all the pretty lights. Give silent thanks to the folks who take the time and energy every year to decorate.

12. Party on! Go to those parties!

13. Give yourself the gift of self care and recognize when you need a break from the parties and stay home and rest.

14. Call some people you haven’t spoken to in a while.

15. Make up gift bags. If you are like me you like to give to EVERYONE! That can get expensive. Instead, buy a supply of those little bags. Insert some pretty tissue paper in them. Get tea, soaps, samples of things, some of those cookies you made. If you are crafty make a bunch of little doodads. Fill the bags and give out at every opportunity.

16. Buy a $25 gift card at Starbucks or your local coffee house, then use it right then and there. Tell the barista to use it to pay for the next customers until it runs out. Ask him/her not to reveal you as the giver. Then have a seat and watch what happens.

17. Give a little extra to your favorite charity, or give to some charities you don’t usually give to. (Like Fearlessly Feral Living!)

18. Invite someone to your house who has nowhere to go on Christmas Day.

19. I like to tip the folks who deliver my mail and take away my garbage. I buy See’s Candy and give them each a box. It means getting up early on garbage pick up day to watch for the truck, but it is so worth it to see the smile on his face!

20. Wear those ugly Christmas sweaters every day, not just to parties.

21. Meditate and/or contemplate on the pretty lights. Think about the return of the light, and create metaphors for what light represents in your life, and how to keep that light bright.

22. Watch for your own ideas for how to bring the metaphorical light to someone else’s life. Then go do it.

23. Compliment someone.

24. Give, or receive, a hug.

25. Look for those special Christmas concerts and go to one. I particularly like the bell ringer folks.

26. Get a batch of Christmas cards and instead of mailing them, hand deliver them to people you see all the time. Include a handwritten note telling the recipient why they are special in your life.

27. If you go to church, go to a different one. Just to check things out. I highly recommend your nearest Center for Spiritual Living.

28. If you don’t go to church, go to one. Just to check things out. Again, I highly recommend your nearest Center for Spiritual Living.

29. Write thank you notes

30. Contemplate how you want your New Year to look. Dream big!

31. Write down a list of intentions for the New Year. Not resolutions. Intentions. There is a difference.

Outro: Fearlessly Feral Living is a Focus Ministry of Centers for Spiritual Living. Your support is much appreciated and fully tax deductible! You can support us in a number of different ways:

Support the podcast: https://www.buzzsprout.com/989560/support

Donate by going to our paypal page: paypal.me/KarenLinsleyNV

Check out Fearlessly Feral Living at fearlesslyferal.org

  https://youtu.be/X2lLURMEAlo?si=dEmYJXTK-iMJO8jL

https://www.buzzsprout.com/989560/15413328

Buy the book: https://store.bookbaby.com/book/how-to-live-fearlessly-feral1

Get full access to Karen Linsley at fearlesslyferal.substack.com/subscribe

Karen Linsley

<itunes:author>Karen Linsley</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>1787</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/3905893/post/180443851/fab9892005929461caead8ac0bf7ce3b.jpg"/>

I hate People!

If you have ever found yourself saying “I Hate People,” you may want to spend 15 minutes and listen to this podcast. As I, Reverend Karen, hemmed my pants to the tunes of Jon Batiste and Earth, Wind & Fire, I discovered a profound rhythm between intention and change. This episode unravels the metaphor of Advent as a gateway to fresh adventures in the New Year, encouraging a shift from traditional resolutions to more impactful intentions. Join me in exploring how the true meaning of repentance—simply changing our thinking—can lead to life-altering transformations through self-awareness and intuition.

Life as an interim minister at the Bakersfield Center for Spiritual Living is anything but predictable. From hosting lively "Dinner with a Minister" events to navigating unexpected challenges like last-minute staff replacements, humor and adaptability are my trusted companions. Despite the sleepless nights, the pandemic's demands for safety measures, and the juggling of multiple roles, the fulfillment I find in this work is immeasurable. With Walter, my loyal feline sidekick, by my side, I weave humor and connection into the fabric of spiritual leadership and community service, crafting a life that is as flexible as it is rewarding.

A creative burst in the wee hours led me to ponder the philosophy of "gentle discipline," a harmonious balance between productivity and self-care. This is a theme I plan to expand upon in my upcoming book. Gratitude fills my heart as I express appreciation for the podcast audience that supports Fearlessly Feral Living. As we embrace a new year, the potential for adventures beckons, inviting us to explore new ways of thinking and being. With an open heart, I extend an invitation to join this journey of intentional living, underscored by the community’s invaluable support and contributions.

Support the show

Get full access to Karen Linsley at fearlesslyferal.substack.com/subscribe

Karen Linsley

<itunes:author>Karen Linsley</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>1877</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/3905893/post/156333811/ca3eb5d81c04bdaaaa04fee02a96b9b9.jpg"/>

Three, Count 'em 3 States of Consciousness!

Send us a text

I opened with a quote from Paul Ferrini, in his book The 12 Steps of Forgiveness: “Properly speaking there are only three states of consciousness available to us. One is love, which is eternal and unconditional. One is fear, which is temporary and conditional. And the last is forgiveness, which is a bridge from the illusion of fear to the reality of love.”
WHOA. THAT’S HUGE.
I have spent YEARS believing and knowing and teaching that there are only two states of consciousness: love or fear. The idea that there is a third state, a bridge, if you will, from fear to love, is radical for me. And yet, it answers the question of how one gets to love when one is feeling fear. I said I have believed and taught this concept for years, and many times a student will ask me, “how do I turn my fear into love?” That question has always been a difficult one for me to answer, because how I’ve done that internally is a process that I can’t put into words. It has to do with faith, or knowing. It has to do with allowing. It has to do with acknowledging and inner awareness. It has to do with all that stuff. But as I think about it none of that really addresses a process for moving from fear to faith. But now we have one. Forgiveness!
And I just happen to have a forgiveness process for you. This is a process recently created by myself and my students in a class called 5 Gifts for an Abundant Life. We were in the class on forgiveness and more than one student voiced frustration that there wasn’t really a process in the class to use to forgive. So we created one. Thanks and acknowledgment go to Julia Mattis, Cindy Mesa, Jamie Russell and Sharon Anyan for helping to create this.

This process is for self forgiveness, because as Ferrini says, we can’t forgive others until we forgive ourselves.

I offer this process to you for your consideration:

1. Create a safe container by going into meditation, so that forgiveness of self is more of a heart space thing than an intellectual thing. Be gentle with yourself.
2. Identify what wants to be forgiven.
3. Breathe. Honor what comes up, and don't dismiss it. Accept it without judgement
4. Ask: What am I feeling? What are my beliefs behind this feeling? Identify your limiting beliefs. More meditation might be necessary.
5. Talk about it with a practitioner, prayer partner, mentor, coach or trusted friend.
6. Resolve to change your thinking. Do a treatment: Identify what you want to replace the old belief or way of thinking, then identify how you will feel when the old way of thinking or believing is replaced, then treat for that. She explains how these metaphors relate to communicating with those who think differently and the importance of doing one's own inner work.

Karen reflects on the divisiveness in society and the tendency for people to attack each other over differing views. She suggests that the solution is to meet people where they are with love and kindness, find common ground, and communicate gently rather than resorting to verbal attacks.

Karen compares the process of working through difficult emotions to an oyster turning grains of sand into pearls. She encourages listeners to not deny or suppress their feelings, but to instead allow them to pass through and glean the wisdom and growth that can come from them.

Karen explains that attaining the "kingdom of heaven" (a state of inner peace and fulfillment) requires the "great price" of doing the difficult inner work of self-discovery - exploring one's beliefs, values, and shadows, and being willing to change limiting thought patterns.

After doing the inner work, Karen suggests that one can then approach others with more compassion and effectiveness, meeting them where they are at. Christine Green

Send us a text

Summary
Karen introduces the podcast "Fearlessly Feral Living" and welcomes her guest, Reverend Christine Green. Karen shares three things she knows about Christine from her Facebook page - that she is passionate about peace, has a dry sense of humor, and loves photography. Karen also mentions that they met through their work on the interim ministry team at Centers for Spiritual Living. Christine discusses the inspiration and process behind writing her new book "Conscious Choices: A Woman's Guide to Clarity, Courage and Connection." She shares that the book was born out of her experience mentoring women and their desire for a resource that addressed their specific challenges. Christine decided to write the book and include stories from the women she worked with to help others realize they are not alone.Christine shares that while writing the book, she experienced the loss of her husband to cancer. This led her to publish a separate journal called "Anatomy of Caring" to help others document their experiences as caregivers. Christine and Karen discuss the importance of allowing oneself to fully experience grief, without judgment, as a path to greater clarity, courage and connection.Karen and Christine emphasize the importance of cultivating personal self-awareness through practices like observation and journaling. They discuss the differences between stream-of-consciousness writing and more structured "conscious journaling" that focuses on identifying facts, emotions and underlying beliefs. Both agree these practices are essential for personal growth and creating a life that works for everyone. Christine provides an overview of the different topics and challenges covered in her book, including self-esteem, self-judgment, doubt, money, relationships, and learning to speak up for oneself. She explains how the book ties these issues to spiritual principles to help readers find clarity, courage and connection.

Support the Podcast
Donate via PayPal
Fearlessly Feral Web Site
Rev Christine's Web Site

Support the show

Get full access to Karen Linsley at fearlesslyferal.substack.com/subscribe

Karen Linsley

<itunes:author>Karen Linsley</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>1540</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/3905893/post/156333822/ca3eb5d81c04bdaaaa04fee02a96b9b9.jpg"/>

Spiritual Integrity

Send us a text

The purpose of this episode is to discuss the connection between spiritual integrity and personal integrity, provide examples of being in and out of integrity, and offer guidance on getting back into integrity.

Key Takeaways

· Spiritual integrity means feeling whole and in communion with God/Spirit. Personal integrity stems from spiritual integrity.

· Out of integrity looks like secrecy, blame, judgment, lack of joy/beauty. In integrity means living openly, taking responsibility, and embodying spiritual qualities.

· To get back into integrity: sit quietly, commune with Spirit, remember oneness. Then take aligned actions.

Defining Spiritual Integrity

· Spiritual integrity means feeling complete oneness with God/Spirit - recognizing God as fully present in us. It is wholeness.

· Being out of spiritual integrity manifests as feeling separate, lonely, unmotivated. Having secrets is a sign of misalignment.

Linking Spiritual & Personal Integrity

· Personal integrity flows from spiritual integrity. When we're spiritually whole, we naturally live in alignment with values.

· Out of personal integrity looks like not keeping commitments, hiding truth, blaming others, justifying actions.

Getting Back into Integrity

· Sit quietly, commune with Spirit, contemplate oneness. Remember you are a unique manifestation of God.

· Then take actions aligned with love, peace, joy. Speak your truth with compassion. Live openly.

Next Steps:

· Listeners are encouraged to self-reflect on areas of misalignment and take time to reconnect spiritually.

· The podcast will continue sharing guidance on embodying spiritual principles in daily life.

Your support is very much appreciated and comes back to you multiplied! Not only that, but it is tax deductible!

Support the podcast
Donate on PayPal

Our web site

Support the show

Get full access to Karen Linsley at fearlesslyferal.substack.com/subscribe

Karen Linsley

<itunes:author>Karen Linsley</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>1671</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/3905893/post/156333823/ca3eb5d81c04bdaaaa04fee02a96b9b9.jpg"/>

Guests Rev. a list of books for reference.

5 Gifts for an Abundant Life by Diane Harmony
Spiritual Economics by Eric Butterworth: “To get the most from this study, you will want to declare your independence from the belief that your personal welfare is completely tied to the economic fluctuations of the world ‘out there.’”
“So before you attempt to raise money, the first step should be to raise consciousness.”
The 9 Steps to Financial Freedom by Suze Orman
Don’t Worry, Make Money by Richard Carlson, Ph.D. “Money is circulation, it needs to flow.” “Being attached to an outcome, holding on, takes an enormous amount of energy…”
“Cynicism contradicts abundance.”
The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price “…prosperity is a part of the natural process of life,…” “…the energy of abundance is constantly radiating from the Source within…”
“What one has done, all can do. The secret is to be aware of this unfailing principle…”
“…lack is simply the outpicturing of false beliefs…”
“…the only limitations you have are the ones you’ve imposed upon yourself.”
Creating True Prosperity by Shakti Gawain
Soul Currency by Ernest D. Chu “….it’s mistaken to believe that giving to yourself, that taking care of your own needs and interests, is selfish.” “People have long traded satisfaction for security.” (Sub quote from Studs Terkel) “Most people’s jobs are too small for their spirits.”
“You are at your most powerful when you follow your creative passion and let it inspire your
choices and your path.”
The Wealthy Spirit by Chellie Campbell - this is a daily reader.
The Laws of Manifestation by David Spangler “…manifesting a quality of being and letting life configure itself to me…” based on “being connected to my own inner inspiration and sense of calling and connected to the world around me.” “…positive beingness was more important than positive thinking.” “…manifestation is not about a technique. It is about our power as participants in the interactive web of life.” “…we think of manifestation as an act of incarnation ore than an act of acquisition or attraction.” “…manifestation is a change of form or state or condition of being; it is not the creation of something out of nothing.”
Joyous Abundance Journal by Petra Weldes and Christian Sorensen - another daily reader
The Wisdom of Money by Alice Bandy “it is impossible for you to admire these qualities in others if you don’t already have the beginnings of them in yourself.” “Changing your life is as simple as changing your mind about some of these old concepts that don’t work for you.”
The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder
Putting the Prosperity Idea to Work by Robert A. only: a phenomenon called separation. This episode describes what separation is and how to move towards a sense of the opposite of separation: oneness. I use examples from New Thought, Hinduism, Christianity, spiritual psychology, twelve step philosophy and science to demonstrate how each system defines separation and how each system teaches to move towards oneness.

I thank you for
