Here’s an outline for how I’m breaking down my experiment that you can use too.

MONTH 1: Desire + Identity

Goal: Name what you want, choose who you are becoming, and begin living from that identity

* Choose 1–2 desires for your 90-day experiment

* Write your Iconic Self Identity Statement (2–3 sentences)

* Choose your archetype(s) (e.g. Sovereign Witch, It-Girl, Romantic Warrior, etc)

* Create a glamour sigil or symbol for your desire

* Begin iconic actions (this is where aligned action starts — not later)

Daily: 1 embodiment choice + 1 identity affirmation

By the end of Month 1, you know what you want, who you are becoming, and you’re already acting like her in small but tangible ways..

MONTH 2: Aesthetic + Somatic Becoming

Goal: Dress, move, feel, and inhabit your life the way your archetype would.

Actions:
