This morning upon waking up I was GRUMPY. This is not my normal morning case of grumps before coffee. It was extra. It was not mine. It was time to transmute the energy. Then I thought of my friend Rae.

Rae is an amazing human who is also an empath. Rae once told me she didn’t understand the language that I was using as a spiritual practitioner and so today after the energy shifted out, I asked myself if I told Rae just transmute the energy, would she know what I am talking about?

That is what led me to be inspired to talk about this topic. Helping the empaths, because if you don’t know how to clear your fields, definitely will be helpful to know how to do so.

I will also give a few dates to be aware of as Spirit told me today that the source of the grumpiness, I woke up in this morning is my “March energetic preview”. This week is a “preview” week. If you are paying attention to anything that presents as a “NO” expect that to come back up at the end of March. Venus retrograde is about to start.

Venus rules over the Libra house in the zodiac wheel. Libra brings in themes of love, relationships, balance and justice. Venus also rules over Taurus. Themes here would be security (money) matters of home, beauty. Mercury retrograde deals with more tech, communication. We also have eclipse season starting.

Eclipse season is every 6 months. Per google:

Lunar Eclipse: On March 14, 2025, at 23°57’ Virgo. This eclipse emphasizes discernment, organization, and self-improvement, particularly in health and daily routines.

Solar Eclipse: On March 29, 2025, at 9° Aries. This eclipse brings a surge of boldness and initiative, encouraging individuals to set bold intentions for the future.

During this journey into the subconscious, we will tap into the energy of North Node and Neptune in Pisces and Venus in Aries as these are their current placements upon recording. It is important to note that I completed the order and structure for today’s journey while those three points was in conjunction at the end of Pisces.

I give a breakdown of what to expect before going into the journey. There are a few items you will need and a few recommended items: You will need an open mind and a space free of distractions for at least an hour and a half. It is suggested that you have a notebook and pen to jot down anything captured in the journey, once it’s complete. The last suggested item is a glass of water.

Water holds memory. That is my belief, and I invite you to check in (always check in with yourself) on if that holds true. When in the “Akashic Hallway” I do call for some energy releasing and then call in a recalibration of energy in your human body, as well as a detoxification so the water will also assist in the alchemy of that. Also, the water will remember your session so it’s a little hack to help keep you connected as you journal.
