Most of us have been taught that “sex is just sex”. Yet when we begin to recognise the deeper forces influencing our desires, decisions, and behaviours, we gain clarity, compassion, and the power to choose differently.

This video offers a starting point for exploring this within yourself –if you meditate, start to notice how your whole body feels while you are meditating, when you next hear the birds sing, pause for a moment and bring your awareness to your breath and how your full body feels, when you’re next cosy in bed reading a book that speaks to you, notice how your whole body feels. You may, or may not notice something –this is not about getting anything right, it is about starting to shift your awareness and focus, as well as gently start opening or enhancing your subtler senses, within your body. When it comes to the subtler senses, they are, well, subtler, to please be patience, be gentle, and allow yourself to celebrate minute shifts to start with.
