Go outside. Learn the names of the people in the two houses closest to yours. If you don't know who they are, you don't have a network.

Stop buying three of everything. Find out who has the generator, who has the truck, and who knows how to fix a leak. Start thinking like a fleet, not an island.

Agree on a simple code with your people. "We don't lie. We show up. We put the group over the self." That’s the bracing that keeps the team from snapping.

The Prophet (Boomers): Values-driven and visionary. They ignite the "Awakening" cycles. They hold the institutional reins until the structural failure becomes undeniable.

The Nomad (Gen X): Pragmatic, cynical, and highly adaptable. The "survivors" who grew up while the bridge was beginning get shaky. They provide the grit during the Unraveling.

The Hero (Millennials / Greatest Gen): The community-builders and fixers. They are the primary labor force tasked with the reconstruction of the foundation during the Crisis.

The Artist (Gen Alpha / Silent Gen): Pluralistic, detail-oriented, and sensitive. They are the generations that come of age in the "High" to refine and finalize the new build.
