I’ve worked inside Big Tech. I've seen the glossy decks, the bloated roadmaps, the innovation theatre. I've also seen the systemic erasure. The way people of color, especially women, are sidelined in decision-making, exploited for perspective, and then discarded the moment we challenge the status quo.

Big Tech doesn’t want empowerment. It wants engagement. It doesn't care about your individuality; it cares about your predictability. And every app you use, every algorithm you interact with, is engineered to do one thing: extract your data, flatten your complexity, and convert your uniqueness into a sales funnel.

I’m a solo founder. I’m a woman. I’m Black. I’m on the spectrum. I’m a member of the LGBTQ community. And I’m building MIRROR | MIRROR without the safety net that cushions so many in Silicon Valley.

Let me be blunt: Venture capital still doesn’t bet on people like me unless we’re already outperforming everyone else. And even then, they’d prefer we hand over control.

But control is the one thing I won’t surrender.
