He possesses a highly unique blend of talents and diverse capabilities as a producer, performer, and musician for the brain.

Nacho is the creator of The Arimany Method, a vocal, movement, and breath technique that promotes peak performance of the brain by releasing the authentic voice of the individual, creating a new electromagnetic field and a clear and focused and energized empowered mind.

In this conversation, we discuss my personal process learning the Arimany Method, Nacho’s professional background and ancestral history that led him to support the liberation of women’s voices, and so much more including:

* How trauma numbs your body and judgement pulls you into your mind…both result in shutting down the voice.

* Why your identity and ego are not bad, they are simply responses developed to make you feel safe, but they are also not your authentic voice.

* How our authentic voice is connected to peak performance and our true purpose.

* There is no mystery to mastery. Mastery is the consistency, love, devotion and courage to persist.

* Consciousness is to have perspective. Perspective loosens attachment. Ancient culture cosmologies offer these perspectives.

* How The Arimany Method hacks anxiety and entrains the brain with a rhythm of five establishes the golden ration and a harmonic path of balance and evolution.

* Consistency in any spiritual practice creates trust and safety, and that is the foundation to empowerment.

Get in touch with Nacho

Nacho offers 1:1 sessions in person in Topanga Canyon, and online. Every human on earth has a womb memory. Even if you’ve had a hysterectomy, the intelligence of this energy remains.

Male bodies also have this center of knowing. It’s called hara, a Japanese word that refers to the physical and spiritual center of the body, located in the lower abdomen. Hara is the ultimate center of chi, your life force, the energy that flows through you and through everything. This is the power of your womb.

Womb healing is liberation

⁣Most of us spend our lives hiding our true power, radiance, and vitality. We get a taste of it and it scares us, so we turn away and shrink into the limiting beliefs that are constricting but ultimately, comfortable and familiar.⁣⁣⁣⁣No matter how hard we try, we cannot think our way to awakening.⁣ ⁣You have to feel it. We can not think our way into new ways of being because we can not heal what we can not feel. This is the path of embodied wisdom.

If we want to have a direct experience of our vibrancy, our aliveness, our divinity, we have to descend into the womb; the seat of our soul, where our power and magic come alive, where we return home to ourselves.⁣⁣

The womb is also where we store our grief and hurt and all the wounds that keep us fragmented. It can function like an emotional junk-drawer, filled with energetic imprints of past relationships, lovers, emotional memories, and trauma. We can feel deep grief and shame that somehow we allowed this to happen to us, or were powerless to stop it. Imprints can stay buried in our subconscious, creating energetic blocks in our womb space, which we can experience as inauthenticity and self-doubt. ⁣⁣

These deep feminine wounds need great tenderness and gentleness, not judgement. We can learn to hold our younger self, who may have lacked discernment, often rooted in the loss of feminine initiations in our culture and the lack of teachings about self-love.

“Tell the truth about your wound, and then you will get a truthful picture of the remedy to apply to it. Don't pack whatever is easiest or most available into the emptiness. Hold out for the right medicine. You will recognize it because it makes your life stronger rather than weaker.”

-Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Brilliant ideas, awareness, and meaningfulness can flow in through our wounds.

Our erotic wounds are creative clues. They can lead us to our deepest shadows and bring them to the light.

Womb healing can heal ancestral patterning as every egg in your ovaries were present when you were in your mother’s womb, and the egg of you was present in your grandmother’s womb.

Self-healing is remembering. We can safely and gently clear our womb when we create the intention to connect with ourselves and our knowing. From here, we can plant a creative seed in the fertile black velvet void of our womb and experience co-create our reality. This is the magic of life.

Plant a seed of a creative desire

The patterns of creative flow that arise from the womb are the most powerful energy rhythms for building and sustaining a woman’s creative life and dreams.⁣⁣ Though we may listen to her in regard to birthing babies, we ought to be listening in terms of our whole creative lives.

Consider how you are presently using your feminine energy to create or sustain aspects of your life. Is this how you want to be using your creative essence?

Is there anything else that calls to you?

Are you nourishing yourself as part of your creative process?

When we clear our womb space, the fire of our soul begins to burn un-interrupted, and we are then able to live from our unique essence, effortlessly creating from a place of power.⁣

Suggestions for getting the most out of this meditation experience:

* Use headphones.

* Find a quiet space and remove any distractions so you can totally drop in.

* Sit comfortably or lay down on your back.

* Be cozy and wear socks. Warm feet = warm womb.

* Journal and drink a glass of water when you finish. 🕊

Want more womb wisdom?

This meditation is a gift and invitation for you to begin this work of embodied self-liberation and healing. May this meet you wherever you are today.

It’s a profound truth we are all related, spiritually, including humans that have come before us and walked on this earth. Sometimes we feel a strong pull to certain people that have come before us, maybe people that walked the lands of our origins or maybe the lands we live now. Just as we have genetic ancestors, we also have spiritual ancestors. As we continue our spiritual evolution, we may come to know these spiritual ancestors as guides and a strong and beneficial relationship can develop.

I learned this past weekend that Rumi’s beloved spiritual teacher, Shams Tabrizi, died and is buried in the small town my father was born, Khoy, in Western Azerbaijan province of Iran.

I’ll read this poem couple of times through so you have a moment to not only open your ears, but open your heart to this wisdom.

The Guest House

by Rumi

This being human is a guest house.

Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,

some momentary awareness comes

as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!

Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,

who violently sweep your house

empty of its furniture,

still, treat each guest honorably.

He may be clearing you out

for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice,

meet them at the door laughing,

and invite them in.

Be grateful for whoever comes,

because each has been sent

as a guide from beyond.

***

Thank you to Rumi, for your way with words, and for your legacy of love and wisdom.

And thank you, dear one, for listening and reading. Today I’m sharing Metta meditation practice. Metta is generally translated as “loving-kindness.” It’s a technique for evoking a boundless warm-hearted feeling and our innate human qualities of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity... what the Buddha called the four heavenly abodes, or your “best home.”

Expressing these qualities can make you feel more at home in yourself.

Everyone has these qualities. You don’t need to learn them, you just just need to remember them, and dust them off regularly to stay in touch with your intrinsic goodness.

If you enjoyed this practice and wish to spread the essence of loving-kindness... share this meditation and be a healing force in this world.

With so much love,

Christina

The Antidote offers donation-based virtual community events to support healing, self-reflection, and connection.
