In each episode, Ana Liz Ceregatti — a somatic movement therapist and expressive arts educator — invites listeners into reflections on themes relevant to the feminine experience: relationship with body, mental health, self-care, relationships, career, self-esteem, and much more. Always from an embodiment perspective — or, to say it plainly, the practice of inhabiting one’s own body. Here, the body is not just a vessel, but a portal to the unconscious and a deep source of wisdom, presence, and transformation.

analizc.substack.com

Ana Liz Ceregatti

Ana Liz Ceregatti

en

analizc@substack.com
<itunes:new-feed-url>https://api.substack.com/feed/podcast/2191725.rss</itunes:new-feed-url><itunes:author>Ana Liz Ceregatti</itunes:author><itunes:subtitle>Reflections on body, healing, and creative life through a somatic, feminist, and deeply human lens.</itunes:subtitle><itunes:type>episodic</itunes:type><itunes:owner><itunes:name>Ana Liz Ceregatti</itunes:name><itunes:email>analizc@substack.com</itunes:email></itunes:owner><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:category text="Society & Culture"/><itunes:category text="Education"><itunes:category text="Self-Improvement"/></itunes:category><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/2191725/7f3ec9c64e247b25ebd9d2faa2f6cd08.jpg"/>

Is it love or anxiety?

Sometimes we confuse feeling anxious with falling in love. In such moments, we replace the real tragedy of our lives - the pain that we need to face if we want to heal, grow, and have healthy relationships - with drama. And drama is seductive, because the anxiety of the highs and lows occupies us and gives us a reason to avoid facing our own existential anguish. This whole podcasting endeavor is new to me, and I am not sure what I am doing - it’s my first time editing an audio file. But I find that exciting! Sharing it with you is an exercise in allowing myself not to have to be great. I think it’s good enough for a first, and hopefully, you can find some pearls of wisdom in it!This first episode was motivated by seeing a friend stuck in a familiar situation: evading the truth of a relationship that fails to meet her needs and wants, and instead, clinging to the anxiety it generates, sidestepping deeper, more complex emotions rooted in old, open wounds.I hope you enjoy it, and if you do, please let me know your thoughts and feelings! With much warmth,Ana Liz

Get full access to I asked my body at analizc.substack.com/subscribe

Ana Liz Ceregatti

<itunes:author>Ana Liz Ceregatti</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>No</itunes:explicit><itunes:duration>900</itunes:duration><itunes:image href="https://substackcdn.com/feed/podcast/2191725/post/143720213/ab5332a9d60daf7c9e70615df17b5ae3.jpg"/>
