The 7th month begins on the 2nd or the 3rd of September depending on your location. In London, England or UTC (Greenwich) time the New Moon occurs in the early hour of the 3rd, while the US will experience the dark moon on September 2nd. Another, reason why I always recommend following the lunations based on your geolocation. You can do that here.

Within the month we have the Fall Solstice, and deities that allow us to understand the forces at play. The primary theme is using wisdom beyond time to transcend the soul into the next phase of spiritualization. This is the period in which we work to spiritualize experience through the self and transcend the manifest/material association of the self into greater expressions as being guided by the soul. Tune in Mercury’s position uses forces to awaken this messaging within you and around you. Access higher insights, as this month will bring new understandings of prophecy into experience and super charge procreative energy and generation for future stability.

Nadi Shodhana- Alternate Nostril breath 20 min daily, preferably at night or beat sunrise.

Or 555 Breath- Inhale through the nose for 5 seconds, hold for five seconds, exhal out the nose into the low belly (slow and controlled) 5 seconds, hold breath the breath out for 5 secs. This is one round, repeat 5 times or for 10-15 min.

** This is a very challenging breath, do not be fooled by its simplicity. It will challenge bound structures within the subtle body, strengthen the mind and clear spaces for greater control and alignment.
