In today’s episode I tune in for an afternoon cup of coffee and some warm sunshine.

This present season has unearthed deep oceanic material, and in this mini-pod I talk about things I am noticing in my internal ecosystem, the collective realms, and I offer one of my essential nervous system regulation skills in a mini-meditation.

I also speak briefly and intermittently about the work I do with clients in case you are feeling called to some of the topics I share today.

Beautiful breakthroughs are unfolding as Saturn’s return falls behind me into the shadow, assisting me in the integration of all being realized.

As I stared into the setting sun under an old oak tree I cried, finally understanding my way. The path I have known in my bones since my arrival in this skin…I remember.

Here it is, patiently awaiting me after all these very many years exploring & wandering through the forest of my cellular memories, retrieving my blueprint into conscious awareness.

I laughed through tears, real-eye-zing how every death—my birth mother, my spirit mother, best and dear friends, community members, extended family members, clients, places, home, self—every single tree ring of loss has generated a profound clarity of being alive. My tears are not of despair, but reverent gratitude. I do not believe in endings.

Death clarifies life, and I am forever the student, the midwife remembered, straddling the portal between worlds.

I hope you enjoy this meditation, and share it with your loved ones. I am so blessed to be here, offering what I can as it is called to flow through.

I was inspired to record a meditation for you today, and I hope it brings you love, full breaths and present moments. I had already been meditating for a while, so I hope my voice doesn’t put you to sleep! Although, if you need sleep, may you dream of beautiful things.

On our walk over the weekend, Fini and I found a still lake, buried in the woods on Wapato Island. Until today, the sun over the Pacific Northwest has been so bright and warm. I remember how the gold leaves atop the birch trees were swaying their final waves, and how the water caught their glow as they traveled downstream.

I have been so present to these days of gifted sunshine, honoring the light that glimmers in the experience of death. As the dark womb of Winter settles under my skin, I look forward to writing to you more often.

In my heart, I feel the unraveling cadence of old stories, swirling down the funnel of my spine. My heart field, more open and free to listen to the new tones of a calm river. Winter transforms our waters, freezing, crystalizing.

Yet we swim beneath the surface still, embracing the echo of our own sonar, and learning more about what longs for us in the waters below.

Our hearts are beacons of power across this mystical Earth. And when we expand into our bodies, create stillness, and allow grief, so much love has the chance to reach into us and make a warm home.

As I recoreded this meditation, I could feel the unity of our hearts beating. Each day, I keep my eyes open for miracles. It was quiet, and I know no one heard the podcast yet, but I felt you all there. They do happen every day, those miracles, have you noticed?

Happy Samhain! Happy Halloweenie! (From Mr. Fini the Ween).

This sacred day marks the widest space between the living and the dead. A time for transition, clearing, and honoring of what is decaying and rotting inside of us to make room for the final harvest of what was planted in the Spring.

In today’s mini pod you will hear a poem I wrote on this day last year, as well as a bonus poem I channeled last night. It is so lovely to check in with you.

In this episode we reflect on our experiences as “healers” and wonder about the potential and hope being planted in the rivers of being embodied, human, authentic—Alive. We chat about life right now, expanding into the impact of this incarnation and the dimensions and records of other lifetimes, open to what they are teaching us. If you are a space holder, my wish is this episode can remind you it is okay, and maybe even essential, for us to create something new.

May your inner children, the Wisdom Keepers, be alive and present. And may we be free to share our creative gifts and talents from the heart, connected with one another!

The fires of rage coat my grief today, and I choose to breathe fire, sing and dance my way through the tunnel of illumination our emotions and sensations create for us.
