There are many denying forces going against the evolution of consciousness already, there is really no need to add to them.

I suggest to experiment being a Denying force in a space where you authentically want to block, slow down, deny the efforts. For example, a town meeting in which elected officials are giving more rights to corporations to mine, extract, frack, lumber, drill, poison your land, water and air.

Be a Conscious Denying force to the extension of corporate profit, and greed. Speak up, say ‘No’, say ‘Stop!’, ask the nastiest questions relevant to the situation. It may take for you to change your identity into being a Conscious A*****e.

Affirming Force Experiments

* Ask vulnerable and authentic questions that move the edge of the space further into the discovery of possibility. Your questions can be directed at one person in particular, or the space in general. Note that there is a difference between asking Emotional Healing Processes questions such as, ‘What is blocking you?’ ‘What is in the way?’ ‘What are you feelings?’ and Edge-questions. Edge questions are open-ended and are directed towards the Unknown, instead of the Unconsciousness. In this experiment, as an Affirming force, you want to open new territories instead of focusing on what is not working. You could use questions such as, ‘What is it that you see that I don’t?’, ‘What else is possible when this is not in the way?’, ‘If you allow yourself to dream big about this, what would you say?’, ‘If you let your Archetypal Lineage come through, what would it want to say to us?’

* Appreciate the quality of being and doing of your colleagues. An Affirming force quality, along with a clear mind and a sharp sword, is the ability of being generous with appreciation. Notice who is noticing what they did not used to notice, and appreciate the new parts of their Being unfolding. Scan for who is practicing and making effort to stay present beyond what their current Box will allow. Take it up a notch with appreciating people who either bigger than you (if you tend to be jealous or competitive) or smaller than you (if you tend to dismiss people who you have graded lower status than yourself).

* Make a commitment for a gameworld you play in, and do it. Be an Affirming force being making a commitment that serves a gameworld, a team, a project bigger than your personal circle. This can range from writing an article and publishing it, making a Context Deepening video and posting it, writing a review for each of your colleague for them to put on their website, designing an app, writing a theater play to be shown at the next in-person meeting, writing a booklet, collecting money for a common project, etc…

This is a public episode. What’s the point? And, why do you train others to hold space for edgework if it is all hopeless?”

I have my own current answer for that question (that I do share in the video report above). In Radical Reality, there is no ‘right’ answer to the question ‘Why?’. Each edgeworker has to find that out for themselves.

So. Why do you do the work?

What reward have you used to keep you going? The reward that you will look professional or successful enough to please your father’s expectations? The reward that your friends will finally behave the way you want them to? Or the reward that you will be the one to have found the miracle door that saved someone from their suffering?

What if your work does not make one bit of difference in the great turning of events? What if your secret wish to be remembered as the person who changed the tide for humanity is a just that, an ego-fantasy? What if doing Edge-work takes you even further away from viral mass-validation?

Why do the work at all if you will not be rewarded?

These are the questions emerging in the field of the Year Long Spaceholder Training after three and half months of hitting bottom together.

If you ever investigate ‘why’, I do warn against finding an answer that would be contingent on external results. Using others as the compass of your work is a sure mean to pave your way into the hell that is the cycle of Expectations and Resentment. “I will keep going … if only I see results… if you people get what I am saying … if only they change … if only they grow up … if only they start creating … if only they appreciate me … if only I go viral … ” What if they don’t? Will you stop?

What, then, will you do?

This is a public episode. The platform is something between a ‘Story Commons’ and ‘Story Forge’.

Its name?

‘The Next Story Commons — A place for inventing stories that seduce us into togetherness.’

This is not the invitation to the Commons. This is a sneak peak.

Think of it as an evolutionary Archives for the Next Stories. A laboratory for imagining a future that propel us into regenerative ways of living in the present. A playground to invent stories with new architectures, stories that emerge from a different point of origin than modern culture.

In the Commons, stories are open source and copyleft. Anyone can collaborate, enhance, finish, re-write, add onto other people’s stories, ideas, snippets, characters, and lore.

I am looking to collaborate with writers, world builders, characters imagineers who want to enchant the world into a culture of Living instead of perpetuating a culture of Survival, through storytelling.

More to come, soon.

And, you can already announce your participation in the comments. What does it take for people to be initiated into their Authority instead of performing their Survival Strategies into Archiarchy? How does Possibility Management fit into all this?

What I am interested to hold space for is an authentic transformational path that is impossible to consume because it does not give answers but instead gives responsibility.

From the outside, Possibility Management sure looks like an encyclopaedia of answers, a library of solutions, a chartered path for ‘How To Live Your Life Responsibly’. They even have Trainers who seem to know what-the-hell-they’re-doin’. People who stick around long enough to find out what Possibility Management really is are often surprised that it is not meant to be the answer to everything.

Behind the thoughtmaps, practices, processes, the 725 websites, the 10’000 experiments, the 10 Possibility Labs recommendation, the Rage Club, Fear Club, Emotional Healing Process, Heart Gym, the Gremlin Transformation and Adult Egostate Decontamination, the invitation to write articles and newsletters, the challenges, the Pirate agreements, the Boundaries, the Feedback and Coaching, the Proposal culture, the unyielding Clarity about the Purpose and revealing all the ways the Patriarchy tries to Manipulate you into obedience, the 8 Prisons, …. What lies behind all this is the Possibility of your own Authentic life which arises through you taking back your personal Authority.

One thing that Possibility Management can do… Something that I am holding space for in the Year Long Spaceholder Training and others spaces I navigate… is to reveal the huge and heart-wrenching pain that you may not have your Authority.

Without Authority, your life cannot be your own. Your feelings, your heart, your Being’s vision are locked away behind old thoughtwares, old decisions, past lives vows, old commitments to righteousness and war, and old strategies trying to manipulate people into controllable objects.

First you may feel scared about discovering how much your life is dictated by survival imperatives, then sad, then angry, and hopefully… eventually… glad. Why glad? Glad when you discover that Authority is in you, not in some website, book or trainer.

First the Fear.

Many - maybe most - people join transformational spaces and communities in the hope that they will be saved. If you went to school, then you hope to finally be given the right answers, find your way, do the right thing, get validation (from the projected external authority figures), receive certification, fix yourself, be better, faster, clearer, more fit, more attractive, find a partner (who understands you…), have a family, be appreciated, be loved, be heard, be valued, have more intimacy, etc…

Hitting Bottom about the extent of your irresponsible Adaptiveness can be shockingly scary. Not only because you look back and realize that your choices weren’t your own, even when you thought they were. But mostly, because the rug on which you stood has presently been pulled out.

The morals, the reference points, the need to please, the longing to be accepted, the ‘looking for value outside yourself’, the ‘trying-to-get-somewhere’, your original crutches no longer hold you upright. You may even witness them vanish, unravel, and burn right before your eyes.

What are you left with? Nothing. In a materialistic culture, nothing is scarier than having nothing.

Hence, the fabulous possibility of joining Fear Club where you practice consciously feeling Fear before jumping into the deep end of Radical Responsibility.

Then the devastating Grief.

When that degree of grief hit me for the first time, she was inexplicable. I remember veils of life-long lies dissolving with each of my tears and sobs. I could see all the lies that I had been told, and the lies I told in return. The grief in realizing that my parent’s love did not include honesty. My teacher’s love was manipulation in exchange for my good behavior. My boyfriend’s love depended on his orgasms. Most people I knew lived in a web of emotional transactions. So few people took a true stand that extends beyond their own personal immediate comforts.

I am not talking of the victimized sadness of not having received what I thought I wanted. But the devastating grief of realizing the wreckage of human potentials when people do not have Authority, including myself.

Those were my experiences. I wish for you to find out what fallacies your own unexpressed grief holds together.

Grief has a way to burn through lies and deceptions like no other feeling. So let grief do its work. Let your deep sadness wash away the defenses of your mind. Let it cleanse away any leftover need to betray yourself. It is like being at your own funeral. Let your previous strategies die and cry your way into a fresh start.

Until the Rage comes (Beware of your Gremlin!)

I wish to say that the death and resurrection show of Hitting Bottom about the fake life you have been living is not as clean as I can put it down on paper (or digital pixels, as it is).

You will jump between fear, grief and rage, back and forth, forward and backward, inexplicably, maybe for a while. This is the way.

During the chaos, take heed of your Anger! The parts of you who want to stop this Start Over process have a tendency to grab hold of your Rage and go on the offensive. That would be the start of your Gremlin coming in to defend against your metaphorical death. (Why are Gremlins so easily offended?) Mr. or Ms. Gremlin will take down everything and everyone in its way to win the battle for your status quo. He or She will attack your friends, the spaceholders, the context, the distinctions, the processes, your mother, and even your own Being. The uninitiated Gremlin will do anything to ensure that you do not enter a relationship of ecstatic authorship for your own life. That is the first purpose of Authentic Adulthood Initiations, to free your Gremlin from your Box so it can enter the world at your side and activate its natural ability to provide nonlinear impulses to aid you along your Path towards the Eye of the Needle and beyond (which is where Life becomes Truly Fun!).

Having Authority means living a life no longer bound by the uninitiated-Gremlin-empowered child-centered imperatives that scream at you to blame, withdraw, manipulate, play coy, be scared, know, follow, avoid, find an enemy, look for faults, or simply not care.

Instead of believing your own B******t served on a silver platter, do this: Celebrate.

Pat yourself on the back. Recognize the hard work that you have done to get to this exact point where being a complacent naive consumerist can no longer go on. This is escaping the Patriarchy!

Then Rage. Rage for what you want to create. Rage for that which does not exist yet. Rage as an aid for how you are bringing it to life. Rage for the unexplored Path. And Rage to hack the way further so that others can come with you. Rage powers your proposals. Rage your Stand. Rage for your new life.

See the Joy.

You may need time to notice the Joy creeping back into your cells. Because if there is one kind of joy that we are a stranger to, it is the Joy of Responsibility.

Freedom from Victimhood has a unique taste of relief and electricity at the same time. Joy tastes of Love for the ones who have hacked Reality enough for you to get this far, and for anyone who may have helped you, knowingly or not, to Grow Up. It is not Joy of success, but Joy of being liberated from the need to succeed.

There is an amazing kind of Joy from discovering that life finally begins. I don’t think many people would put it like this (yet), but the Joy that comes with shedding the clinging claws of approval is the Joy of Adulthood. You then feel glad about finally entering Adulthood.

Extra Notes.

It is a strange challenge to claim victory when you are so utterly disgusted, bored, and done with who you pretend to be. The victory is because, only then, can you truly be yourself.

That is when ‘the work’, the Work I am interested in, at least, begins.

‘The Work’ of being a co-creator with E.C.C.O. (Earth Coincidence Control Office), a Mapmaker, an engineer of Distinctions, a builder of games, the founder of a new nation, a person at source and in the service of Infinite Archetypal Resources.

With your own Authority, you do ‘The Work’ for yourself. That’s when Responsibility becomes Fun, and Radical Relating Collaborations possible. Such are the potential results of an authentic transformational space.

Post-Scriptum

I live in a house – an Archanversity – with three other Edgeworkers who have reclaimed their Authority (to one degree or another). Today only, someone is writing lyrics for Thoughtware Upgrade songs, someone else is designing logos and graphics for the new StartOver.Earth game (coming soon!), someone else is organizing the Festival of Possibility, I am writing the text to go with this S.T.A.R.R., all the while, a guest team of Possibilitators is downstairs delivering an Emotional Healing Process…

Creation is so abundant. It overflows into our kitchen (declared to be the ‘best restaurant in town’), into our Adventure Days on the quiet beaches of southern Brazil, and even into our silent times together. That same force of Creation could be coming your way.

This is a public episode. I mean how can something so small be so evil?

* from any cluster of ‘human’ — atheists, gays, meat eaters, COVID-vaccinated, people with guns, etc — who are not quite human because of their actions/beliefs go against the ‘good of all’,

* to time: there is never enough time!

* from life when it does not dedicate itself to make you happy

* to yourself: you can make yourself the bad person who hurts others and who is never good enough. (Side note: turning against yourself can easily result in an auto-immune disease, where your body is physically attacking itself).

Having an enemy has many perks, not the least of them is to give you a good reason to be stay in high-alert, triggering an continuous flow of adrenaline in your system.

All facetiousness aside, looking for an enemy is a dis-ease of patriarchal culture. Cultures of dominance and violence thrives on finding who has done ‘us’ wrong. Look at our history! During the patriarchal human era, our stories are that of wars.

But it does not have to be so. The shift from a culture of war to a culture of collaboration starts at a personal level. How can you unhook yourself from the reflexive necessity to look for someone to blame?

In my current research, I found two sideways doors to exit the double-purposed pattern of ‘trying to be safe’ by ‘finding who/what is wrong’.

I. Whose Moral Binary System Have You Adopted?

For most, the moral division between what you consider ‘wrong behavior’ and ‘good behavior’ does not even come from you. It comes from some external authority figure.

Are you interested in getting your life back?

Find out who you got the map from: was it your dad about how to ‘make it’ into society? was it your mother who taught you how to be a good child? was it the church who made you the promise of eternal life? was it the advertisements and corporations who are looking for more customer? was it from politicians who want your vote?

The experiment is: open your Beep! Book, draw a line in the middle of a page, title the right side ‘Bad Behaviors’, title the left side ‘Good Behaviors’, and start filling in the lists embedded in your Box.

The thoughtware that glues things to being ‘right or wrong’ serves survival. The ‘good guys / bad guys’ map is trying to give yourself a semblance of control in a world that is truly groundless.

When you have had enough of looking out for the villains in your story, this may be the signal that you are ready to meet a world in flux. That’s when skills for navigating your liquid states are needed.

II. Navigate Your Liquid States With Authority Into Creation

Being in liquid state melts down the certainties of your crystallized identity. For your Box, a liquid state is the definition of being ‘unsafe’.

That’s when the true purpose of ‘Making People (And Yourself) Wrong’ gets revealed: you do it to avoid the familiar fear that accompanies uncertainty, loss of identity, and the collapse of your original strategies.

The fallacy of trying to ‘Love Yourself’ or ‘See The Good In Others’ is revealed as the other side of the same survival coin.

The invitation is to recognize the signal for what it is: you are entering a potential liquid state. This is a celebration! You have worked hard for this part of your Box to crumble under the clarity of growing up. Your certainty has become a prison, and you are escaping it.

What you may be missing is the resilience and capacity to enter a liquid state and stay present. I talked about this in a previous STARR: ‘Having Authority While In Liquid State.’

One basic skill is learning to navigate your Fear consciously. When your Box stops hoarding your Fear for safety, a new world is in reach — one where discovery walks hand-in-hand with a relaxed nervous system.

Your experiential journey with conscious Fear starts with practice! If you want to join an authentic live feelings practice space where Fear is met as an infinite resource, not a problem to fix, here are ones that I know and frequent:

* Heart Gym: daily 45-min practice at different time of day, free.

* Conscious Feelings Space with spaceholders from the Year Long Spaceholder Training, free, in exchange of being privately recorded for the purpose of feedback and coaching.

* Fear Club: a space of initiation into the magic of your fear. You have justifications about why you lack integrity. Most of those reasons are usually about emotional Fear. You are unconsciously afraid that you will be exiled, rejected, judged, fired, marginalized, etc… You probably have cellular memories of being killed for showing up. You carry a wounded-identity that continuously gather evidences to prove that you are rejected and alone each time your try to speak up.

Then, comes the resentment. How long does it take for you to shift from ‘please love me’ to ‘you hurt me!’?

It depends on the style of your Gremlin.

If you Gremlin is a ‘hate first, ask question later’, then the hatred comes fairly quickly. It can be a matter of seconds or weeks.

But if you Gremlin is trained to pretend to be mature while submitting to abuse and play innocent as way to survive, then it may take years for you to uncover the pool of resentment that you have been bathing in. When the dam of hatred open, it can be quite confrontational if you imagine yourself to be a good person who loves people.

The mechanism of turning obedience into war goes like this:

* You giving your center away under the false pretense that it will keep you safe. You think that by externalizing your thoughts, your feelings, your values, your choices, your discernment to someone else, you can avoid the responsibility of your own five-body intelligence. Clever but impossible in a Radical Responsible Universe.

* If your projected external authority figure accepts your center, they will play with you like a marionette. They will use you for their own agenda. They can be important now that they have followers or lovers. It makes sense that you would hate them for it. But remember, you are the one who gave your center away in the first place. No one can give away your center for you. You were unconsciously strategizing a power-dynamic in which you will eventually hate them for doing what you ask of them in the first place.

* Extraordinarily, if you find a spaceholder who refuses your center, they will, at the same time, refuse to play along with your survival strategy that has kept you safe for years. They will decline to fit into your expectations about how they should take care of you, your feelings, or your self-image. They will not be adaptive to how you need the world to feel ‘safe’. Whether you prefer people treating you like a victim or a persecutor, if a spaceholder has their center, they see both as what it is: a show to control your environment. In their refusal to play along, your survival strategy ‘feels’ attacked. And you feel angry that your game is uncovered. Actually you feel scared, but the hatred tend to cover it up.

* Obedience is a setup for betrayal. Either way, you got what you wanted, you were betrayed by the person who you try to force to take care of you. Now that you can prove that they hurt you, then you have full permission to hurt them back.

And thus war begins.

The thing is no amount of hatred of others will make you have your life back. On the contrary, you are digging yourself deeper into a jungle of resentment and betrayal.

The healing process for obedience is taking your center back. Nobody can do that for you. The good news is, nobody can stop you either.

You could start with A*****e Training, blowing apart this false image that being good is what keeps you safe. What if, instead, being yourself is the key to taking care of yourself? Even more than that, that being your A*****e Self, is how you care for your village, for humanity and for the future.

It is possible to live in a web of relationship where you simply refuse to be at war with people, whether they are your friends, lovers, mentors, employees, or enemies.

That kind of culture could start with you.

This is a public episode. Look for the button top right of this page.

An introductory STARR Map for Gaian Gameworld Spaceholding.

A Gaian Gameworld is any temporary or semi-permanent place where human come to interact for the purpose of living, and creating life.

There is a certain Magic involved in weaving, guarding, evolving, inspiring, adventuring together with other people for a purpose beyond survival. You probably have had experience where that was possible: an incredible evening with a partner, a trip with friends, even a 3-month alternative learning experiment, a heart-to-heart conversation with your mother, … Most of those experiences are often serendipitous, and not sustained on the long term. They are sort of miracle that let us know that it is possible for Love to prevail.

Most of us have been modeled from the youngest of age to look at human interaction for, ‘How will I survive this?’ Whether it being parents, school, friends, extra curricular activities, and later on, money, job, house, success, marriage, children, etc…

The Magic of creating a regenerative gameworld is a set of skills, free attention, infinite inner and outer resources, humor, nonlinearity, and outrageous proposals. There are two keys elements that I explore in this STARR for the Magic to occur:

* Make use of Chaos as a source of life in your gameworld

* Allow your Being to be bigger than your Box as a spaceholder of a gameworld

Someone clever said,

Sometimes the Magic works, sometimes it does not. It does not mean anything. But you can get better at making the Magic work.

More information about Gameworlds at:gameworldtheory.mystrikingly.com or startover.earth/gameworldtheorygameworldbuilder.mystrikingly.com or startover.earth/gameworldbuildergameworldconsulting.mystrikingly.com or startover.earth/gameworldconsulting

This is a public episode. This STARR explores the distinction between using your personality’s reference points to navigate life versus the powers that comes from authentic authority.

The fear of ‘losing yourself’ into someone else’s world, ideas, and possibilities when in a liquid state is common. It makes sense considering that what we have been trained is to give our center away to a way of life so far away from the longings of our beings.

You may remember the moment you had to leave the magical world behind to enter ‘real life’ the ‘adults’ told you about. Whether it was when you were five and sent to school, or maybe even early than that, seeing your parents worry and fight over money, time, love. You have a memory of losing yourself to fit into someone else’s world. But you were a child then, and now you are an adult.

As an adult, you have an endoskeleton capable of Authority. As such you have choice to use your Authority as the reference point for navigating the groundless nature of the universe (Pema Chödrön). Your Authority would then replace your Box’s reference points that you have been using to keep yourself safe.

Instead of thinking that you are tough, or weak, sensitive or stupid, intelligent or slow… Instead of looking outside of yourself to decide if you are loved or hated, or if you are enough or mediocre, or if you should be more… Instead of relying on a positionality, or a certainty that things should be this way, or that you have to conform to an external idea…

The proposal is to build the muscles of your Authority.

So that even when your Box goes into a liquid state and you lose your positionality, you still have power to choose, ask, declare, hold and navigate space, improvise, shift identity, be with, etc… You can take care of yourself even when you do not know who you are. But more than that, you may discover that you have much more freedom of movement to create than when identified with a solid version of yourself!

This is a public episode. The age of the gurus, teachers and leaders has run its course.

But a Team brings its own challenges: emotional reactivity, blocks to intimacy and closeness, fear of commitment, survival strategies, and unconscious Gremlin moves undermine the regenerative potential of your project.

My experience in teams, from my teenage years as a professional swimmer, to being a lawyer, to managing an Ecosystem Restoration Camp, to creating a dozen Archan gameworlds, is this: the denser your team’s context, the more effective, close, loving and impactful your team will be.

The looser your context, the more your team diminishes to its lowest common denominator. You source a loose context if you live in the fantasy world of ‘let’s see who comes to my project’, or ‘everyone is included’, or ‘I want everyone to bring their necessity’. You may be afraid of being 'dominant’ or ‘arrogant’ if you declare your context to deepening a particular aspect of human culture. While in secret, you may be trying to manipulate your team to do the work that you want them to do without holding space for it. Holding space for a loose context is setting yourself up for a frustrating mess of a non-project. The lack of boundaries and infrastructures to support genius leave uninitiated people at the claws of their whimsical survival.

In contrast, weaving a dense context provides:

* A jungle gym. A set of boundaries, experiences, and distinctions that give you leverage to navigate human connection and creation in contact with reality instead of ungrounded individual Box preferences.

* A sail. The tightness of your context is proportional to the quality of consciousness that your team can catch. When the winds of evolution blow, a tight sail can hold the intensity of newfound possibility without collapsing under the weight of it.

* A trampoline. A flexible but strong platform from which to leap into new challenges.

From that robust stack, unfolding the genius of your teammates takes central stage instead of misunderstandings, reactivity, backstabbing, politeness, reasonability and emotional fears.

The team as a field enters a increasing collaborative relationship with Archetypal Forces.

For example, right now, Vera Luísa Franco is delivering a 50-people Expand The Box in São Paulo, Brazil. Those 50 people are not the result of only Vera’s field, they are attracted to the global field sourced by Possibility Management Trainers, the spaceholders of the Brazilian Village, but also the thousands of global Possibilitators and spaceholders for Archan Specialties unfolding next culture together.

When the StartOver.xyz game was taken down last week, dozens of people joined forces to recover the lost data. This team’s effort was not the result of a personal adoration for Clinton Callahan, the co-originator of the StartOver.xyz game. No, those dozens of people used the clarity of the StartOver.xyz field - a radically responsible context for creation - to become source people of the game’s resurrection.

Developing dense contexts could counteract the competitive monoculture virus of Western civilization while avoiding isolation. The groundedness of a dense context allows for respectful and curious culture-to-culture conversations with other contexts to learn from each other without being adaptive.

This is a public episode. For now, the links redirect to the website archive. Thank you for your patience and comprehension.)

I want to emphasize the crucial element of experience, meaning practice. In the last 8 years holding space for groups, teams and gameworlds, I have been blindsided many times by my own emotionality in group communication. I would lose my center, get hooked and spend days trying to get myself out of the swamp-and-resentment loops. The matrix that I have build by not giving up on my ability to hold space or the people I work with is what allows me today to have space enough to be unhookable. Time well spent in my opinion. The tools mentioned:

* The Red Cloth: do not hold the target in front of your heart but on your side. Let the emotionally charged communication slide by while staying in contact with the Being.

The skills:

* Become Unhookable from someone else’s emotional reactivity. Being unhookable does not mean untoucheable but it does mean that you do not take other people’s emotions personally, or as valid feedback.

* Vacuum Rapid Learning: go down the elevator of someone Underworld for the purpose of liberating their potential.

* A Meta-Conversation: a conversation about the conversation creates the Possibility of Possibilities.

The distinctions:

* Feelings are for creating, and Emotions are for healing.

* Regardless, someone’s Feelings and Emotions are for them and about them.

* Your job is to navigate your inner resources to create what you want. As a main spaceholder, what you want is what your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage want. Your job is not to navigate someone’s feelings or emotions for them so that you create what they want. That is rescuing.

* Your job is not to navigate the maze of someone’s emotionally charged communication to discover the gold in what they might be trying to tell you. Your job is to provide them with distinctions, tools and skills for them to communicate what they want with clarity and power.

* Self-doubt about your spaceholding is Gremlin food. If you doubt yourself, you are hooked into Low Drama.

* Feedback and creative collaboration are not about changing someone else. They are about using the energy and information of your feelings to change your shape so that your collaboration is in integrity with what you want. This may look like you hold clearer boundaries with consequences, make bolder proposals for accountability, clarify how your culture goes, hold yourself with dignity instead of abusing yourself, etc…

The next STARR: Creative Collaboration is the other POV. What is possible when you are holding a emotionally charged communication?

This is a public episode. Sourcing The Game

I got this idea from the Bean, a.k.a. Ender’s Shadow, the character brought to life by the imagination of Orson Scott Card in his two books series: The Ender’s Saga and The Shadow Quintet. [I highly recommend both series.]

Ender is the brilliant child general who defeats the alien enemy only to realize that by knowing his enemy he has come to love them. “I think it’s impossible to really understand somebody, what they want, what they believe, and not love them the way they love themselves. And then, in that very moment when I love them.... I destroy them.”

Ender was trained to win the game of war. Ender’s genius was his ability to create extremely effective team drawing out his mates’ skills. The Ender’s Saga follows Ender’s resurrection from a killer into a lover of species and life at large.

Bean, his loyal captain has a different genius. His intelligence-enhance genes combined with his street-smart survival skills knows that those who win the game are those you own the game.

But, I thought, what if instead of owning the game, I get to source the game? What game would I source? If you were at source, what game-world would you source?

Because any game that is designed to be won is oriented towards achieving an particular outcome. You have a goal, you want to ‘get there’, for something or someone, even yourself to be a certain way. When I have this, I will… be happy, be able to rest. Or, when these things are in place, people will stop murdering each other.

Playing a goal-oriented game ultimately leads to violence. Self-violence through manipulation. External violence through control. You are chasing after a future fantasy, motivated only by your constant failure to reach it.

As a game owner, you would set up rules of engagement for the players to behave the way you confidently think will lead to the desired outcome. Then you have to enforce those rules. Overtly, the effective way is with social reprimands, fines and as a last resort armed police. Covertly, you may have developed skills to enforce your rules using psycho-emotional threat of punishment and reward. There is a trade. If you follow the rules, you get love. If you do not act according to what I want, I withdraw such love. Many parents unconsciously resort to grooming their children that way, in the absence of alternative.

One alternative is the game called ‘evolution of consciousness’. It is an infinite game, a terminology coined by James P. Carse in his antonym book Finite and Infinite Game. The contextual orientation of an infinite game is setting up the rules of engagement so that the game keeps playing ad infinitum.

The ‘Evolution of Consciousness’ is about Being Yourself, meaning being your Stand in action. Your game is who you are. Your game evolves as your consciousness evolves to hold more of your stand.

You enter a dance not only with consciousness herself, but with your fellow players. The more you learn to dance, the more interesting you become to E.C.C.O. to offer you different rides.

Yes, it is like DisneyWorld! You have access to all these rides to take more responsibility for who you are, and for the games that you play.

Evidently, there are still rules of engagements. Abandoning the structure of rules of engagement is often only a reaction to the violence previously experiences in the ‘Win The Game’ game.

But, the rules of engagements have a completely different purpose. You set them up not to control behaviors but to enable evolutionary processes in yourself and in others.

Each new version of yourself source a new game, potentially liberating other people’s evolutionary game in themselves.

Ready to play?

This is a public episode. Matrix is the substance in you that catches consciousness.

You gain access to new possibilities to choose from when you refine, expand and increase your ability to catch consciousness. Consciousness and responsibility are two facets of the same coin. Meaning when you become more conscious, you reflexively become more responsible. Not through force but through organic unfolding of your Being in contact with the world. In a culture of radical responsibility, there is joy and ecstasy in having more power to be responsible for your choices, stories, declarations, questions and actions.

In Possibility Management, we orient towards building matrix at the fastest — which also means resilient and therefore organic — rate possible. In the Year Long Spaceholder Training, we are on a journey to build a particular kind of matrix: one that is oriented towards building more matrix.

This is a public episode. Meaning, learning to feel your Feelings is only phase one of Feelings work. When you have liberated your emotional body so that you can feel consciously on a daily basis, the interesting and juicy part comes from using your feelings for Creation.

If Emotions are for Healing,

Feelings are for Creating.

How does that work in practice? How do you move from an experience in your emotional body to the act of consciously creating - shaping the possibilities you (and others) have access to in your life?

More experimentation and context at:https://feelingsform.mystrikingly.comhttps://4feelings.mystrikingly.comhttps://consciousfeelings.mystrikingly.comhttps://creation.mystrikingly.comhttps://consciousanger.mystrikingly.comhttps://consciousfear.mystrikingly.comhttps://conscioussadness.mystrikingly.comhttps://consciousjoy.mystrikingly.com

This is a public episode. That is just letting the superficial layer of your Box talk as if it is real, which create the dysregulation: the vibration in your nervous system that you think you need to be or do something else than what you are/do to survive.

Consciously means:

* If you are feeling Emotions, that you ask for a listening space, an Emotional Healing Process or an Underworld Refinement Chamber to discover - that is the liquid state - where those emotions come from (not from what you are projecting is happening now, but from the past or your gremlin or external authorities), and potentially change your mind about what causes the emotions (remove a block or an external energy, make a new decision, upgrade your thoughtware...)

* If you are feeling Feelings, the Liquid State is letting the feeling do its work on you, meaning revealing to you and to the world the expression of your Being. What do you feel about how the world is? and What do you want it to be? and What is your job to move the world the way you want it?

The Liquid State in feeling your feelings come through the Feelings Form.

I share with you an article to support the start or re-start of your journey into Consciously Feelings.

Conscious Feelings are authentic Feelings.

When you go through a Liquid State, the result is actually a relaxation of a previous grip. A letting go of something old. A new clarity that bring light and possibility into your life. If that is not happening, your Box and Gremlin are probably in there fighting for their survival.

——

The YLST - as any other transformational spaces - has the potential to trigger dysregulation if you try to engage with it and your fellow spaceholders from your survival strategy, because your survival strategy cannot survive the YLST. That’s why you join. The space will not engage with your survival as if it is real, which freaks out your Box to discover that it is not real.

If you notice that that is where you are: you engage with transformational space from trying to survive them, then that is where you are, and that is the only place you have the power to do your work. Which is:

* notice the imperative of survival and write them down.

* find the gateways for EHP, and go through them at a resilient pace

* practice noticing when your Box wants to move so that you are in dysregulation, collapse and give up versus when your Being wants something that is important for you, because you want that in your life. When your Being moves, you can let the rest fall where it may.

If anything, just this Liquid State would be a powerful use of the YLST. Even if that is where you are for months or even the entire year. Being able to distinguish between your Box and Being, dysregulation and liquid state, emotional turmoil and creation at the edge. Because when you have that, the path for evolution and conscious creation is wide open.

Does this help?

This is a public episode. The team with whom you check-in with each other if you are doing or not your personal practices. For example, when you say ‘I’m going to do this EHP’, or ‘I am going to check where I place my center 3 times per day’. You tell your team what are your blocks. They may see that you have not reported on your commitment to practice and can help you find where is your block. You can even exchange EHPs as you are closer to the experience of your teammate being blocked. In a 3Cell, you may practice your current experiment to get live feedback and coaching, before continuing this practice in your life.

** Possibility Team: your spaceholder-muscle Gym.

The Possibility Team is where you put the Spaceholding experiments into practice. Setting, clarifying, guarding, deepening context, while cavitating, holding, and navigating space. Your Possibility Team is made of people who are not yet spaceholders. The participants are experimenting with experiencing the kind of space you hold space for, and what possibilities you open. Within your space, they would be practicing various dimensions of the 7 Core Skills of a Possibilitator.

The purpose for holding a weekly Possibility Team or Heart Gym is practice your spaceholder skill at your own edge. The spaceholder muscles that you will build over time, meaning at least a year, cannot be replace by any other practice you do alone in the privacy of your own home.

** Research Team: your Possibilitator Team.

This is a team of Spaceholders all engaged in the same resonant research. Otherwise known as a Possibilitator Team. A Research Team engages in practice during live sessions together, yes, however, most of the research occurs ongoingly during your life when you practice new behaviors and do wild experiments.

If you are the main spaceholder of a Research team, you practice is to hold space for an alive team. Which means: going to your edge into the unknown in such a way that you ignite the different geniuses of your team to further your shared research.

Part of your job is to document the research generously and share widely for everyone to upgrade their thoughtware. Each participant of the Research Team is already a spaceholder. The purpose of the Research Team is not to understand or explain how something happens, but to provide Shift.

Whether you are the main spaceholder of a Possibility Team and of a Reserach Team, remember: hold space for what turns you on, and not what you think others want or need.

---------

A 3Cell, a Possibility Team and a Research team are a training. They are not school. School tries to teach you theory and skills in a controlled environment that has little to do with reality before you put any of it into action with real people. Training comes from your practice in real time with real people while you are upgrading your competence.

This is a public episode. If there is one thing that could be said of Possibility Management is that it has created Regenerative Communities of Practice around the world. That is what the spaceholders in the YLST are training for: unfolding their capacity to hold space for communities of practice. In Archiarchy, communities of practice are not spiritual and therefore about Enlightenment and not sport-centered which would be about competing. Archan Communities of Practice come together to unfold each other's potential for aliveness and creation. It is clear that among the spaceholders in training, we are at different stages and working at different edges. Some spaceholders are going back around the Learning Spiral of holding space for themselves (their center, their authority, their space, navigating between Box & Being and between Feelings & Emotions) when they engage at a higher level of commitment, such as holding space for others to heal and transform. Some spaceholders who have build a resilient inner structure over years of practice, initiations, processes and experimentation are now ready to turn towards to world and provide (nonmaterial) value through their spaceholding while building new, more honed, more elegant spaceholding muscles. This is where lies the seeds of Archan Gameworlds and Archan Specialties. Many of those specialties do not exist yet. The YLST is their incubator. Some spaceholders may find that they have the particular specialty of training the next generation of spaceholders. If there is one thing that Archiarchy or regenerative culture may be missing to leverage itself, it is spaceholders. Not money, not recognition, not permission, not land, not even more healing but spaceholders. Spaceholders who no matter their competences, skill-level or self-image go first in cavitating a space for their Archan specialty. Training spaceholders who can then in turn train spaceholder - Spaceholder Trainer Trainer - may be one of the most needed competences at this crucial initiatory era for humanity.Over and out. See you next week.

This is a public episode. Archan Practice is not a spiritual nor a sport-oriented practice. An Archan Practice is a consistent choice of noticing, choosing, declaring, asking, moving in ways that are not familiar to your Box-familiar-known world of possibilities. Archan Practice is mostly done unknown to the rest of the world, almost secretly, because no one need to know that you are Practicing. Archan Practice is not designed to achieve a goal - whether enlightenment, strength or success. You engage in Archan Practice because that is when and where you are awake. When you are not practicing, what is happening? Who is the driver seat of your action? While practicing, you build the muscles of noticing what you are noticing, which is the skill of self-observation from one of the 9 gaps. In the effort of authentic Practice, you grow an inner structure that becomes able to generate more inner structure from its own momentum, and not only from external feedbacks and call out. When you practice, you are no longer imprisoned by the structural status quo of others people's thoughtware or of your own. You are moving orthogonal to the hard crust of the current culture, and stretching your potential beyond what seems possible right now. Because you place yourself at the edge of your known universe (and quite possibly at the edge of the known universe of people around you), you enter a Liquid State, you are alive. You are navigating the unknown while at the very same time gearing yourself up with new instruments for such new navigation. As a spaceholder, you are demonstrating to your people that Archan Spaceholding does not begin in known territory but at the edge of your own Practice. In the Liquid State, we are one. One field of discovery. You give up your positionality, and invite others to do the same to meet somewhere Beyond War.

This is a public episode.
