October 7th was as close to a false flag attack as Israel could get without doing the whole thing themselves

* The IDF possessed detailed Hamas battle plans a year before the attack, sent to many top IDF leaders by September 2023.

* 10 days before the attack Egyptian intelligence warned Israel of an imminent attack coming from Gaza.

* US intel warned Israel of an imminent attack a week before it happened.

* And the Israeli Shin-bet warned IDF leadership of a mass Hamas mobilization on October 6th.

* So what did Israel do to prepare for the attack they had detailed plans of and knew was coming?

* The IDF Moved over 100 troops away from the Southern border of Gaza to the West Bank,

* They did not raise the alert level to put get the military prepared,

* And they extended the Nova Music Festival an extra day at the last minute against on the ground IDF warnings.

So Israeli leaders knew the attack was coming, knew exactly what the attack would look like, and chose to not prepare at all. IDF leadership even chose to put the music festival in between them and Hamas knowing the attack was coming.

* Then after the October 7th attack began, in repeated strafing runs, IDF apache helicopters unloaded 28 full weapons payloads on the Nova Music Festival.

* After being ordered to shoot on Israeli civilians, IDF tanks opened fire on the Kibbutz

* Then long after the IDF enabled October 7th then joined into the attack on Israeli civilians, they eventually started fighting Hamas too.

* Then Israeli religious fundamentalists started going around making false claims about beheaded babies and babies in ovens and mass rape. None of that happened but the lies spread around the world without any skepticism or critical assessment of the evidence.

Because I learned the lesson of never again, meaning never again should any group of people be so dehumanized and vilified that their extermination is justified and acted on by the people in power.

Never again should the world stand idly by while an entire people are being eradicated. And that is exactly what is happening in Gaza right now.

Benjamin Netanyahu is the modern-day Adolf Hitler because he is enacting an extermination campaign. Benjamin Netanyahu's final solution for Palestinians is their starvation, which he is carrying out right now. So, never again is happening now, and Benjamin Netanyahu is criminally responsible for doing it.

But that's what's so shocking about the conversations I've been having on Substack. Because one of the things that has been pointed out to me is that many Jewish Israelis do not think that never again applies to non-Jews or the crime of extermination. Their sense of never again is never again should Jewish people be the victims of crimes against humanity. They're perfectly fine with Jewish Israelis being the perpetrators of a genocide and that does not fall under the umbrella of never again to them. So a lot of times we're using the same words, but we don't mean the same thing.

When I say never again, I think never again should people like Palestinians be mass murdered by war criminals like Benjamin Netanyahu. Never again should innocent civilians be deliberately attacked in widespread bombings and shootings and starvation campaigns. But it is very easy to get inundated with a bunch of fake news justifying what Israel is doing and lying about the circumstances of the famine in Gaza, the bombings, the causes, and all of that.

Israeli religious fundamentalists are starving children to death on purpose and they are proud of it. They are bragging about getting away with it because they think it is “Moral” to starve babies to death.

Israel’s leaders are insane, enabled by a religious fundamentalist society that cheers on this depravity. Zionist religious fundamentalists riot at food trucks sent from abroad to the starving people of Gaza to block their entry.

When the starving people of Gaza try to go fishing in the ocean, Israeli navy boats fire on the fishermen to end their lives and sink their boats. Israel effectively shut down the sea to the hungry Palestinians.

Israel wants all food in Gaza to be dependent on the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, their propaganda front. The GHF took over all food distribution from all human rights groups in Gaza. Hundreds of distribution sites were reduced down to 4; it is meant as a media justification to kick out real human aid groups which had been feeding the people of Gaza so Israel could starve them while claiming they weren’t.

“Everyone should look up and listen to Anthony Aguilar who is an American Army Green Beret Veteran who resigned from the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation to become a whistleblower after serving in Gaza at the aid sites. He has been going around explaining exactly how the GHF is enabling the mass starvation of Gaza.

The GHF set up aid distribution sites in active combat zones miles away from where the closest civilian population is located. They are serving a small slice of Gaza while most people live further north with absolutely no food allowed in there. More than that, for the people that do go to GHF sites they are deliberately shot at by snipers and tanks for veering slightly off track. They may accidently be shot at indiscriminately as a means of crowd control too. The food being provided are things like lentils which need to be cooked before eating while the GHF does not provide any water at all. And it is on a first come first serve basis with many making the long trek to go home empty handed.

I cannot stress enough the importance of what Anthony Aguilar is exposing. As an army veteran he knows what war zones look like. As a Green Beret with 12 former combat deployments he has seen real combat situations against legitimate threats. And as a human, he strikes me as someone who is honest and morally upstanding speaking an uncomfortable truth because of his sense of duty. Please listen to what he has to say. Spread the word far and wide.”

Mike Huckabee is a genocidal war criminal deserving of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant for his complicity in the starvation of Gaza.

This is Trump's GOP

That consensus includes;

Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, & the United Nations, along with many other credible organizations.

Netanyahu has an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for using starvation as a weapon as well as willfully directing attacks against civilians.

Anyone denying Israel's ongoing genocide of Palestinians is a modern day Holocaust denier. Don't be fooled by fake news and genocide apologia, Israel is absolutely, undeniably committing genocide.

War, death, and destruction are the Netanyahu legacy! Benjamin Netanyahu came to power by encouraging domestic extremists to assassinate his pro-peace predecessor.

Netanyahu vehemently opposed the 2 state solution and made clear that his goal was to prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Netanyahu wanted to make sure that Israel had no partner for peace in Gaza so he propped up Hamas by helping fund them because he viewed Hamas as the most violent option to govern the Gaza Strip. Netanyahu wanted a constant threat against Israel for his own political ambitions and to divide up the Palestinians to prevent their recognition as a state.

According to Haaretz, Hamas did not know about the Nova Music Festival before the attack because it was prolonged an extra day at the last minute.

According to the NYT, Israeli Intelligence had detailed Hamas battle plans a year before the October 7th attack yet did not plan to stop it.

According to Business Insider. weeks before the Hamas attack of October 7th, Israel had the detailed Hamas battle plan sent to top military leadership to prepare for the attack.

Egyptian intelligence warned Israel of an imminent attack coming from within Gaza days before the attack.

US intelligence also knew a Hamas attack was imminent by October 5th and warned Israel.

The Israeli Shin-bet even had knowledge of abnormal Hamas activity the day before the attack and warned Israeli leadership of an imminent attack.

With detailed Hamas battle plans as well as knowledge of an imminent attack, the Israeli military moved over 100 troops away from the Southern border leaving their own citizens defenseless

Israeli leaders chose to extend the Nova Music Festival and not to put the border on high alert even after they knew that an attack was coming and they removed troops from the area.

Then when the Hamas attack began the Israeli military took hours to respond at all.

When the IDF did finally respond, they targeted their own citizens and soldiers with the Hannibal Directive.

Israeli tanks were ordered to shoot at homes knowing hostages were inside then over 2 dozen Israeli helicopters indiscriminately emptied their entire weapons payload, killing Hamas militants and Israeli civilians alike.

And October 7th came out of a brutal apartheid occupation enacted by Netanyahu’s

Every step along the way he chose to facilitate genocide when he had the opportunity and power to prevent one. I documented many of the evil choices he made in my post The Unforgivable Legacy of Genocide Joe, but the most evil thing Joe Biden is guilty of is starving children to death.

"Every single American should watch this clip of a former State Department official with 20 years of experience who just resigned over the recent National Security Memorandum (NSM-20) issued by the Biden administration regarding Israel's compliance with international law throughout the Gaza conflict

The NSM-20 found that Israel is not blocking humanitarian assistance like food and water from the population of Gaza, who are now experiencing a famine according to the UN & World Food Program. But in this clip we learn that State Department subject matter experts, USAID, and on the ground US-aligned human rights organizations all agreed that Israel IS blocking aid.

But after all subject matter experts created a report confirming that Israel is blocking aid, that report got sent to higher ups for editing and review before release. The higher ups which could've been Biden, Blinken, or maybe 1 or 2 other people changed the findings of the subject matter experts to instead say Israel is not blocking aid.

That is incredibly significant because as Bernie Sanders pointed out;

“The Foreign Assistance Act makes clear; no US assistance may be provided to any country that “prohibits or otherwise restricts, directly or indirectly, the transport or delivery of United States humanitarian aid.”"

That means the Biden administration knowingly put out a false report. The truth disqualifies Israel from receiving US financial or military support, so they lied to knowingly enable Israel's starvation of civilians.

That means Joe Biden knowingly participated in the siege of Gaza and when State Department experts told him it was starving kids to death he lied on purpose in order to keep doing it. Unfortunately the mainstream media covered up that reality so it took Al Jazeera and Democracy Now to report on Biden’s war crimes. This next Note was from July 14th, 2024

If you think Joe Biden a good and honest man, please watch those 2 clips of his own former administration officials confirming his involvement in the planned starvation of 2 million people including many children. Bernie Sanders was giving speeches in Congress showing pictures of children who Biden helped starve begging Biden to give them food and Biden absolutely, unequivocally refused.

Donald Trump is committing genocide in Gaza, arresting then deporting American citizens without due process, launching a global trade war, extorting Ukraine, and floating an unnecessary war with Iran, he is getting almost no pushback at all from the GOP.

Biden has spent the last few months with unwavering support for the apartheid state of Israel while they’ve been engaged in a genocide. Biden responded to Israel’s genocide by giving the Israeli government $6.5 billion dollars in weapons, fighter jets, and other military aid, all of which happened in violation of US law and against the wishes of his base. Biden’s full-fledged support for apartheid, indiscriminate bombing, collective punishment, and the use of starvation as a weapon of war against civilians inspired hundreds of thousands of democrat voters all across the country to vote uncommitted in the Democrat primary. Biden came to power fully dependent on the support of the Bernie-left and now Bernie Sanders and his base oppose the Israeli genocide in Gaza. Instead of responding to the wishes of his base, Biden is playing chicken with our democracy against his own voters.

America needs a new political savior to save us from both Trump and Biden. That person is Bernie Sanders!

The best way to further the investigation is for the United States Congress to hold a hearing with subpoenas for the DNI plus heads of the FBI, CIA, & DoE to ask them every question of the Covid Origins Act under oath in public. Actually, Section 3 part C #1-7 are the most important part to ask the DNI.

The State Department continued on The Israel Exemption from the Leahy Laws when they did not assess that the Israeli government is blocking humanitarian aid from reaching Gaza, even though a total siege is stated Israeli policy, with an Israeli minister declaring in October that they were going to cut off food, water, medicine, and electricity to all civilians in Gaza. So even though that has been the official stated policy of the Israeli government and Secretary Blinken recognized that 100% of the population of Gaza is facing severe acute food insecurity, with the UN and World Food Program warning of a mass famine and Human Rights Watch declaring that the Israeli government is using starvation as a method of warfare in the Gaza Strip, the State Department still refuses to acknowledge the obvious reality that the Israeli government is trying to starve the population of Gaza, and that is a clear violation of the Foreign Assistance Act. That law says that the United States government is prohibited from funding any foreign government engaged in gross violations of human rights like restricting food, water, and medicine.

President Biden needs to;

Direct the State Department to determine if the stated Israeli policy of a siege on Gaza by cutting off food, water, electricity, and medicine to the entire civilian population violated any US or international laws like the Foreign Assistance Act.

Also, the ICC began seeking arrest warrants for members of Hamas and Israeli leadership for war crimes.

Dear Joe Biden,

As a former Biden voter, you have lost my vote through immoral policy. My vote for you is on the table, but you must change your policy towards Israel if you want to earn it back.

You’ve lost my vote through the unconditional support for Israel even knowing that Israel is engaged in the bombing, collective punishment, and planned starvation of civilians in Gaza. If you want to earn back my vote and support from your base, here is how;

Direct the State Department to determine if Israel bombing any schools, hospitals, UN facilities, refugee camps, evacuation convoys, designated safe zones, apartments, teenagers walking through rubble, or 6 year old kids like Hind Rajab plus the paramedics trying to save her ever constituted a war crime or gross violation of human rights.

2. Direct the State Department to determine if a siege on Gaza by cutting off food, water, electricity, and medicine to the entire civilian population of Gaza violated any US or international laws like the Foreign Assistance Act.

3. Since it was the global consensus of the world’s leading human rights organization that Israel was committing the crime against humanity of apartheid before the war, direct the State Department to determine if the reports from Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch were accurate.

4. Direct the State Department to determine if the Genocide case from South Africa to the ICJ has merit; that case includes an 84 page document detailing war crimes as well as the expressed intent from Israel leaders.

5. Enforce the Leahy laws!

The response to my first letter was disappointing; I hope you truly consider these recommendations. War crimes and crimes against humanity are always wrong regardless of who commits them, even when its Israel.

Dear Joe Biden,

Please enforce the Leahy Laws. The failure to enforce human rights conditions on US aid to Israel makes the United States complicit in Israel’s war crimes. Please end US complicity in Israel’s ongoing collective punishment and indiscriminate bombing of Gaza.

I agree with Senator Bernie Sanders; the U.S. State Department’s determination that Israel is not violating international law makes a mockery of U.S. law. “Thirty-two thousand Palestinians in Gaza have been killed and almost 75,000 injured, two-thirds of whom are women and children…Some 60% of the housing units have been damaged or destroyed, and almost all medical facilities have been made inoperable. Today, hundreds of thousands of Palestinian children are facing starvation because Netanyahu won’t let in sufficient humanitarian aid, while thousands of trucks are waiting to get into Gaza.”

I also agree with AOC; “As we speak, 1.1 million innocents in Gaza are at famine’s door…A famine that is being intentionally precipitated through the blocking of food and global humanitarian assistance by leaders in the Israeli government…If you want to know what an unfolding genocide looks like, open your eyes….There is no targeting of Hamas in precipitating a mass famine of a million people, half of whom are children…The actions of Hamas should not be tied to whether a 3-year-old can eat. The actions of Hamas do not justify forcing thousands, hundreds of thousands of people to eat grass as their bodies consume themselves. We and the Israeli government have the right to go after Hamas. But we are talking about population of millions of innocent Palestinians. We’re talking about collective punishment, which is in unjustifiable,”

Unless Joe Biden chooses to acknowledge the reality of the situation and enforce human rights conditions on all aid the US sends Israel, he is complicit. I hope Biden chooses to end his complicity in the starvation of children by enforcing the Leahy laws.

Jack Smith is prosecuting Trump for those crimes, unfortunately the Supreme Court is delaying the trial. Trump is claiming unreasonably broad immunity for acts he engaged in as President; an argument which he lost in court. On appeal the prosecutor asked the Supreme Court to expedite the process, but they did not. Instead in a lower court Trump’s arguments were yet again rejected. A 3 judge panel unanimously rejected Trump’s arguments, but the Supreme Court is now taking the case. It is likely they will rule against Trump again, but taking the appeal delays the timeline and puts the actual trial date after the November election potentially nullifying the trial forever. It strongly appears as though Trump called in a favor and the Supreme Court answered. The appearance of the Supreme Court acting in a political manner to benefit their preferred political candidate calls their credibility into question. They should significantly expediate their timeline and make a decision by April.

I’m writing to express my opposition to unconditional Untied States support for Israel. The apartheid government of Israel is currently engaged in the war crimes of collective punishment and indiscriminate bombing. According to the International Court of Justice, those war crimes plausibly amount to an ongoing Genocide. War crimes and crimes against humanity do not represent American values or interests; the Leahy Laws represent American values. The Leahy Laws prohibit the United States from financially or militarily supporting foreign security services engaged in gross violations of human rights. Unfortunately, Israel is exempted from the Leahy vetting process. The government of Israel should not be exempted from United States laws designed to protect human rights. American support for Israel should be conditional instead of unconditional. American opposition to war crimes should be unconditional. Please support enforcement of the Leahy Laws on United States aid to Israel.
