What is much more likely to positively influence your behavior is developing even just a superficial familiarization with the biological ramifications of your choices.

That is my theory anyway, borne of my own experience. In 2015 as a relative newcomer to anything resembling actually taking care of myself, I surged from a dabbler to the fast track essentially in one instant. I was tipped off by a NutritionFacts.org video and subsequent PubMed deep dive to a scientific fact I found constructively terrifying:

The salt, fat and oiliness of one smallish fast food restaurant meal constricts your circulation by 47% for 6 hours. While anyone would (should!) be horrified by that, my particular catalyst for exploring health was high blood pressure!

That’s the context I’d like you to cogitate for this 3 minute your ancient blood audio diversion.

With you against the extreme majority of food suppliers,

-Brian

P.S. click on the web version of the email (I’m not sure how that’s done) and leave a comment cause that might be fun to discuss this further unless you’re already too busy scanning forums trolling for Q

This is a public episode. I learned of this zero calorie threat from Dr. Rhonda Patrick.

I picked up this pill box a few months ago….

While these pill boxes are normally filled with prescription medications, mine is not. Perhaps it’s part of my insurance that I’ll never need those (again). The reason I’m sharing this is just because I’ve found it to be an awesome time saving and organizing habit with a price tag of 7 bucks. I fill it up on Sundays and don’t have to clang around with 8 or 10 different pill bottles twice a day.

But what supplements would an ultra-health conscious internet expert (pfffff) be taking and why? We will have to save that for another day. First I’ll measure the overwhelming curiosity. (Is this thing on? haha)

Bye bye for now, -Brian

This is a public episode.
